Honeymoon - Pre-Release and Discussion Thread

Recommended Posts

There's no such thing as a promotional single AFTER an album is released.

I'll try to be more polite, but a certain member just keep making me kiiii

um, they can still do promotional singles AFTER an album is released.

Example:

The PinkPrint - Night Is Still Young

1989 - Wildest Dreams aka Without You by our one and only madre Lana Del Rey

the rest of the album isnt hip hop so theres no need for it to be hip hop. this isnt a jay z album gorl

sadly. lol

What genre is MTWBT? Or how do you guys describe it?

I list all Lana's songs under Hollywood Sadcore. Once she said it, it was stuck. lol

has anyone tried watching boys while listening to MTWBT? :creep:

I'm doing it as we speak. :D I love the vibe.

Mtv Italy is sponsoring Honeymoon on instagram! They have put the Mtwbt snippet.

The caption said "18th September is coming! We can't wait to listen the new album "Honeymoon" of Lana Del Rey!

Yess Finally a little promoting even here

nnnn I thought this was a penis :toofunny:

Carmen and Burning Desire were promo singles after the album's release.

so far im not impressed with the album...all the tracks I have heard are so boring...especially Terrence and honeymoon. Music to watch boys to is quite a let down, I feel like HBTB is going to be the only "upbeat" sogn we will get. Didnt she say this was a mix of BTD and UV? im getting a more dragged out UV than BTD from these songs. Ill still give this a chance, but Im not excited like I once was for this album.

it would be like you recorded super bowl and planned to watch it the next day and trying to avoid any related news  :creep:

I'm surprised her guitar player isn't listed as much in this album.  He was a big part of UV I feel, as much credit is given to Dan Auerbach.  This seems mostly her, Rick, and his protege.  I felt that sound was part of something her guitar player brought into the UV-fold.
