I don't think so. She could've kept it private at all times rather than making it public every so often. I don't think anyone forced her to make it public. Doesn't really matter how many followers she had, people would still share her posts for locals to see. 

I think it's one of those things she seemed to do on a whim which she'll probably regret very soon. After all, she is a spontaneous person.
