I think that the big discomfort for  which she does not know or does not want to respond is for the political and moral grievances   of these fans towards Jeremy; it certainly hurts her a lot

Me too  Like, I guess at the end of the day it's not that serious—but this seems to be a young hurt fan who's taking it harder than any of us would, and I feel bad for them
