I like BOTL sonically, I think the production is very reminiscent of N&T but her vocal inflections irritate me on that snippet.

 

I will confess BOTL and Evil have been stuck in my head the last few days. 

I have my speculation it could be a reworked Magnets but it might be delusion in my water

I think Melanie saw the positive feedback on Sirens and chose to incorporate a heavier sound on some tracks, such as Void, Larynx, and Evil. They all share an indie-rock leaning sound in production, same as Sirens which i guess means thats fucking scrapped
 

I'm going to hold out until the album before I judge Spider Web, half the snippet was instrumental. Reminds me of Cure For Me by AURORA a little bit.. not saying i like that song much but

 

Surprised she hasn't provided a longer snippet of "Limbs" 

"Developing" is giving needle & thread Hawaii peace space guitar dream and I'm excited for that one, I hope it doesn't like break out into a country song or anything tho

Imo Needle and Thread would be a good closer, like the lyrical content there is just so deep it’s like a dejavu to track 1 she is reconstructing her soul/dettaching from her body

Hatching is two parts. First part (drink from the fountain) is part of Void, second part is part of track 3 (Tunnel Vision assumed).

I actually like more the “final” versions 

i like them (less, however) too! but replacing the originals with new ones without so much as a mention of (the leaked ones appearing on) a deluxe edition upsets me

tbh ive (almost) always put Death at the end right after Needle & Thread
