I guess I'm the only one not feeling the Groupie Love snippet. It reminds me so much of 24 and that's the only song I always skip on Honeymoon. But I'm looking forward to listen to the whole song, maybe (hopefully) I'll like it way more than I do now.

For me it's

White Mustang > Cherry > Summer Bummer > Groupie Love > Change > Lust for Life > Love > Coachella

Summer Bummer is a bop love the lyrics

Change grew so much on me and I can't wait for the full song

 

This album is so promising the only bad song is Coachella but the rest is so amazing I cant even

I really can't stop playing Groupie Love snippet. The instrumentation (drum beat to be more precise)  for some random reason reminds me of horses walking on stone or hard surfaces but slowed down. Its so beautiful and one of the main reasons why I adore the track already

I listened to GL and 24 side by side and literally see no similarities lol to me it's the 6th untouchable 5-- it doesnt really sound like a copy of one but it could go with them.

 

Tbh sometimes I wonder what would have happened if U5 hadn't leaked. Would lana ever progress to UV sound? would we have Black Beauty as an album instead and what would it sound like?

The more i hear from the album the more i can see that while the sounds kinda vary in places it all does seem cohesive.

 

Going from Love to Cherry to SB to GL actually flows well.
