Can we just... act maturely about this? Not spamming their instagram or anything like that, I'm sure they can solve this. Sad that they had to take it to court, I mean getting 100% royalty for a few, few!, tunes out of a whole song isn't enough for getting 100... I mean, Get Free doesn't even play on radio or anything, I bet only Lana fans knows it very well.

All the comments that I’ve read about this on Facebook and the articles reporting on it are generally saying that Radiohead is being extra. There are definitely similarities in the two tracks, but I think not accepting 40% of the royalties looks worse on them than Get Free using the same chord progression as Creep. I don’t think it’s bad publicity for Lana at all. Radiohead is coming off as huge douchebags to the general public. Not that that’s anything new for them anyway lol.
