Where can I get a copy? Are there legit copies out there? I know it was never released as a physical cd, but I assume that electronic iTunes copies can be traded, bought and sold.

 

As someone who has his own copyrighted material and would like to get royalties some day I'm not a huge fan of not giving artists/authors/etc their fair due.
