yeeees we should all send new theme ideas, I'd really love having a @@Trash Magic designed theme, maybe we could do something like altboards where they have multiple theme options to choose from

Yess I miss those things. I remember one year for Lana's birthday, there was a marathon of scary movies and it was so fun because everyone is hilarious.

Definitely here for this! Especially since a lot of new members didn't get to see the older interviews. @ was in charge of it. Maybe he'd be in for a reboot?

I would like to do a series of Lana song rates since ppl have been trying to do them ever since Moy left. They never happened unfortunately.

I really like the idea of time-zoned mods. I think maybe two per each time-zone? The larger the team, the bigger the input will be and the less pressure will be on few ppl (as it is rn with like 2 mods). 

Another suggestion from me would be regarding the current banning/WP situation. I think the LB rules should definitely be updated and there should be a new system regarding bans and WPs in general that make them more reasonable if they are given out by the mods.

As of now, it doesn't seem transparent enough imo and the drama tends to spill everywhere on the forum. I would suggest adding a section entitled "No Holds Barred" as part of "The Lounge" (oop Lana reference right there...) That's a place that ppl can deal with personal drama EXCLUSIVELY. Everything said or done in there should remain there. I know that may seem a little weird but I've been on a forum that has such a section and it actually works.

OH and also:

How about member teams that work in different fields of the community? Graphics Team, Events Team, possibly a Promo Team?

I would suggest adding a section entitled "No Holds Barred" as part of "The Lounge" (oop Lana reference right there...) That's a place that ppl can deal with personal drama EXCLUSIVELY. Everything said or done in there should remain there. I know that may seem a little weird but I've been on a forum that has such a section and it actually works.

I'm ready to be stoned for saying this so go ahead, but I really would like the Allie X thread reopened. I literally LIVE in the Entertainment section and it's the only closed thread there and it was the most popular thread minus the Charli XCX thread. Many of us enjoyed that thread a whole lot and it still seems so unfair that a couple lunatics ruined it for everyone. Yes, I know this is LANA Boards, I get that. But the Entertainment section brings in a large portion of our traffic and Allie X contributed greatly to that. There must be some other way to solve this other than punishing all fans together.

It truly does. Like it will be an absolute mess within that section but ppl will learn to take it more lightly and I think it's better to have all the drama concentraded in one spot rather than having to deal with it all over the forum.

I like the various themes they have in the new Marina Board where they have themes from every musical era of hers. Maybe the same can be done here? From the Lizzy Grant era to the Honeymoon (or new album) era. That would be cool.

Also if there's a good way to block fake accounts that post porn pics in here. Sometimes I'm afraid that penis' are going to pop out of nowhere in a thread I'm reading lol

You're right tbh. It should definitely be left off of the site altogether.

The theme part is a great idea. Altboards has a theme for each artist, so it would be cool to have it here for all eras plus one from each of the popular artists in here like Anne and Trash Magic

I'm not sure if other members have noticed, but the search bar is rather half cooked when doing its job. If I search for Azealia Banks, her actual thread would be almost the last option. Sometimes things I look for didn't even pop up. I'm not sure if that is something that can be fixable, or I'm using it wrong lol

The size specifications for avis' need to be a bit bigger, or changed all togheter. I know it is rather difficult for those who don't know how to resize pics by file type and pixels, bites, etc

Fixing Soundcloud links that mess up the status bar

Not sure if feasible, but having more options to have an unique, more personalized profile page would be cool (more than just able to change the background)

There should be a thread/page/section that highlights Lanas entire career and what happens in here as well such as:

July 18 2017: Lana was spotted at London

July 21 2017: National Anthem Acapella leaks

-Lana opens for Singer XYZ's concert

July 22 2017: Lana announces new movie soundtrack

I agree - a subforum for fighting and kvetching works well on Message Boards where there are thousands of active members and multiple topics, where it's relatively easy to just stay out of the way of people you've had a shitfight with, but this board is too small and 80% focused on one subject, for that to lead to less problems.

On the positive side, I'm all for reviving MOTM and having different themes for different parts of the site.

bitching is problematic... I'm in favor of NHB if I can drag you

but really against nhd, it'll fuel the already endless drama and will inevitably lead to more tension throughout the forum. 

Along with Member Of The Month maybe we could do a Fanedit/Fanart of the month to.You could use the same voting system as MOTM etc
