Hi there everyone! After like 5 days I finally finished my Be my grandfather cover! I've probably worked on 7 different covers for this one song but I know for sure it'll be worth it. Waiting for the full thing to leak is brutal. I remember I was so intrigued by the title when I first saw it registered, I automatically contacted John to find out more about the song and he gave me some info on it and then basically told me to fuck off lol. Ever since then I lowkey lost hope but thanks to Mr Hakan he made it possible again! It sounds like everything i've hoped for it to be. A complete, sexy, upbeat, trashy, playful BOP. I'm so ready! Haha I also wanted to take the time thank @Eclipse for giving us songs/ snippets that we honestly thought we'd never hear! Thanks to @unleaked on twitter as well for rural songs! You guys are so dope! we def appreciate you! Anyways I wanted the cover to be playful, sexy, and electric. She originally had cat ears and a tail but this is what i settled for .. Enjoy XXX

Lana has had so many beautiful and iconic performance looks, and I thought it would be fun to share everyone's favourites!. If you're going to include pictures, I encourage the use of spoilers so the thread doesn't get too flooded!
I included my top 25 in order of #1 as my favourite and so on (I could've & wanted to continue, but I figured I should probably have some sort of "reasonable" limit ), but feel free to post as many as you'd like!

Tell me about some you've found and i'll put them in a list on here! Even if they have an added/removed/changed word! Not the same as themes that have appeared in two or more songs, but whole linea of lyrics that have made their appearance in another song(s). For obvious reasons I won't be counting demos or other versions (Maha Maha = Bollywood Hawaii). I'll add two to the list!

    For example:
Serial Killer: "Wish I may, wish I might find my one true love tonight"
Caught You Boy "Wish I may, wish I might have my one true love tonight"

    LIST:

Serial Killer: "Wish I may, wish I might find my one true love tonight"
Caught You Boy: "Wish I may, wish I might have my one true love tonight"

Carmen: "All dressed up with nowhere to go, that's the little story of the girl you know"
All Smiles: "All dressed up with nowhere to go, that's the story of the girl you know"

Lolita: "I want my cake and I wanna eat it too, I want to have fun and be in love with you"
Girl That Got Away: "I want my cake and I wanna eat it too, I wanna be friends, be in love with you"

Ridin': "He can be my mister yum, delicious to the maximum, chew him up like bubblegum, I'm his pretty party favor, he says I'm his favorite flavor"

Every Man Gets His Wish: "Every man gets his wish, you told me this, now you're gone"
Hawaiian Tropic: "Every man gets his wish, every man gets his wish, you told me this, where is mine?"

Match Made in Heaven: "It's a match made in heaven, if they're gonna talk, let 'em
I'm not a trick, but I'm a trick for you
You give me butterflies, heart skipping one-two
I know you're sick boy, I wanna get the flu, I'm running temperatures thinking of your love boo
My local rock star, the Willie B crew
I'm like a prize fighter, clocking chicks left and right just to get to you
You're out there on the grind, now come home to your queen boo"

and you didn't even mention that after lana's "ride" she chose that same video director, anthony mandler, and REEVE CARNEY as her bad boy paramour for her "i knew you were trouble"
i suspected lana's influence, but you've made it clear she is a total copycat @@PARADIXO she is so fake...i can't believe people buy her persona!

Read some of her new lyrics, hmm...

    "Distance, timing, breakdown, fighting, silence..."
Describing a tragic relationship? I've seen it before
"Wining and dining, drinking and driving, excessive buying, overdose and dying"

"Oh my God, look at that face"
You love your lover's face, huh? Why doesn't it make you party then?
"Oh that face makes me wanna party"

"You got that James Dean daydream look in your eye and I got that red party dress lip classic thing that you like [...] You got that long hair, slicked back, white t-shirt and I got that good girl faith and a tight little skirt"
What is all this Instagram imagery?
But wait... there's more Lana-inspired lines in "Style"!
"Takes me home, lights are off"
"Lights, camera, acción... if he likes me, takes me home"
He can take you home Tay, but he won't put you in the Oscar-winning movie Tropico!

And now, Lana's best megamix, "Wildest Dreams"!
"Let's get out of this town, drive out of the city, away from the crowds [...] This is gonna take me down" vs Lucky Ones' "Let's get out of this town, baby we're on fire. Everyone around here seems to be going down, down, down"

"He's so tall and handsome as hell" vs American's "You were like, tall, tan" vs National Anthem's "God, you're so handsome!"

"Say you'll remember me standing in a nice dress" vs Blue Jeans' "Say you'll remember..." And, of course, the iconic comparison between "Wildest Dreams"' melody and "Without You"'s.

    There's more!

"Looking at it now... last December... we were built to fall apart"
"But I still remember the day we met in December..."

    "It's been a long 6 months"
"Remember me the way I was 6 months ago"

Taylor isn't that dumb and she doesn't want the world to know she's the biggest Lana Del Rey fan, and that's why she says "clear blue" in "This Love" instead of the legendary "dark blue".

"You stand with your hand on my waist"
"Put your hands on my waist, do it softly"

"You're still all over me like a wine-stained dress"
What? Hmmm... wine is usually red so, does she have a little red party dress on?

    This was litterally me.

Heard Video Games and even though I was super intriqued something about her persona just rubbed me the wrong way, so I didn't really wanna admit to myself that her music was great.
So I kinda hate-followed her for a while. Eventually she released Off to the Races, and it was over..I couldn't pretend I wasn't a fan any longer

Also discovering AKA songs (especially Mermaid Motel) made me realize that she had so much to offer beyond the polished sound and vision of Born to Die.

The first song I heard by her was summertime sadness and national anthem. Soon after that I discovered a whole bunch of her songs because of remixes. Then I heard gods and monsters and instantly felt something ...something that I had never felt before with music. It was as if I was being enchanted. The way she sung that song is just amazing. I love its writing and the drums really add to its magical feeling. It was that moment I knew that lana's music is truely different from all the others. I felt like that song touched my soul.

The first time listening to video games blew me away. The cinematic feel of the video brought back a lot of nostalgic memories for me. I remember first listening to her first EP (lana del rey) from beginning to end. I wish I could go back to the day that I first discovered her in December of 2011. After that, Yayo inspired me to check out her AKA album
