Okay I posted this in another thread but I'll put it here:
 
Okay I saw the album cover and I am FUCKING SHOOK BEYOND BELIEF. I LOVE IT. OMG. LANA. BBY. I LOVE YOU.
 
Okay now that I've gotten my fangirling out of the way, here's what I like:
 
- Her smile. The golden smile. I'm crying.
- The daisies really bring out the aesthetic.
- The car! What is a Lana album cover without the iconic car?
- She looks so happy, and that makes me happy.
- The font. I have always liked that font. I'm glad she didn't use the god awful font used on the Love promo. Thank you Lana.
- The border gives it a vintage feel, plus it'll look magnificent on vinyl.
 
Lana, I love you so much for not giving us a crappy cover. I knew I could always trust you honey.

It looks almost a bit fanmade but I really like it. The BtD esque pose and car and the old LDR logo are great and I love her smile! Less iconic but extremely heartwarming! The only thing I dislike is the way the font is placed on the cover

March 29 - Lana has released the trailer for her new album "Lust For Life" marking a new chapter in the book of the Pre-Release time period.

"You know, in this town, an artist really needs a lot of space when they’re trying to create something special. A place to cultivate a world of their own, far away from the real world that’s around them. Luckily for me, I live right inside the middle of the “H” of the Hollywood sign, and this is how I spend most of my nights: perched high above the chaos that swirls within the city of angels below. Now don’t get me wrong, I love to dip my toe into the muck and the mires of the city every now and then. Especially on Tuesdays. But truthfully, when I’m in the middle of making a record, especially now when the world is in the middle of such a tumultuous period, I find I really need to take the space for myself far away from real life, to consider what my contribution to the world should be in these dark times. So each morning, I have the luxury of asking myself, 'What shall I cook up for the kids today? Something with a little spice? Something with a little bitterness but is ultimately sweet? Or shall I take the day off and turn down the fire, and just take a moment to send my love to them over the ether?' Because sometimes, just being pure of heart and having good intentions and letting them be known is the most worthy contribution an artist can make. So, even though these times can feel a little bit crazy, they’re not so very different from what other generations have experienced at one time or another before. Amidst all the uncertainty, and as we transition out of one era into another one, there’s no place I’d rather be than smack-dab in the middle of Holly-weird making this record for you. Because you, and the music, and this place, are my love, my life, my Lust For Life."

I love Lana's best album cover

Just to transfer my thoughts from the general LFL thread to this one - 
I can't believe the old LDR logo has returned. She looks so beautiful. She has the most lovely smile, so I'm so happy to finally see it featured on an album cover (since it's never been on one before for any album/EP/single cover)
As I stated a little bit ago, It definitely seems like this is a development of Born to Die. As if she were releasing BTD at this point in her life instead of 2012. It seems to be similar in aesthetic so far. Especially with her being centered in the picture in front of a car.. except this time instead of her somber frown, she has a grand smile. This is a gorgeous transformation.

I'm not so sure, one or two weeks ago Ben liked a comment on Instagram that said that the dates weren't about any wtichcraft but ingredients of the album and that the March ingredient was the XO tweet telling us she would collab with The Weeknd. This happened before the album trailer btw.

Apple Music commenting has to mean something. I don't think they would just do that for no reason

are we not allowed to have any fun at all? we all know it's not that deep like i don't think anyone is seriously invested in their theories, it's all lighthearted and fun and they said they wanted us to speculate anyways so????? like are we just supposed to not talk at all until she releases something or gives us news? lmao 
 
regardless of what anyone says i'm still gonna be excited every tuesday and new moon phase, not because i believe it's gonna happen (i have no opinion on it being real or not), but because it's FUN. it's something to do, and i love being excited for new stuff!! plus if it actually happens that'd be cool too lol. u all can stay pressed if u want but stop making other ppl feel bad for having a good time and finding something to do while we're waiting
