This song is so so beautiful, I adore it so much! The first time I listened to it I was just mesmerised by the melody, her voice, the music, the lyrics, all of it 
I'm so in love, I find these lyrics (and the way she sings them) simply beautiful. The bridge legit gave me chills, her vocals and those lyrics are haunting!
 
I lean more towards believing this is about an ex lover (Bill) than being about herself tbh, but I do find the theory about this being about herself really interesting. 
Either way, no matter how you interpret it, this song feels personal, which I love!

Yeah B.A.R definitely gives me AKA vibes which I love so much! I really adore it   This album is definitely shaping up to be amazing, even the bickering and drama on here can't dampen my excitement for this album!!  (I mean, what's a Lana era without drama tbh?? Lanaboards meltdowns are Iconic)

Global doesn't mean political though the only word she's used to describe it is 'global'.
I think she wants to move away from 'escapist' bc she wants us to care about the world and NOT escape it!
 
I dont think it will be super "IN YOUR FACE, BAM, POLITICS" anyway love was political, but you can take it any way you want!
If you hate politics you'll still enjoy the album. Trust her xx

Y'all..... did any of you even read about what this witchcraft thing was all about? Because mess at you lot thinking it is a spell against Trump, trying to harm him... If you actually read about it, the spell is actually supposed to PROTECT him, so that he doesn't make bad decisions that affect others. It actually fits very nicely with her single Love, because this spell comes from a  place of LOVE as opposed to HATE.
 
Also, I'm surprised no one mentioned on this thread her comment about her 2013 Brits outfit. She said that she bought it on the morning of the event and then later regretted it because she wished she had worn something more "extravagant" and put more effort into finding something to wear
