The new song is really bad It's a shame because she did make some nice pop music earlier on (especially her Moriah cover stuff and the first few songs as That Poppy, like "Everybody wants to be Poppy"). But the direction Titanic is taking here is not my cup of tea. Yes, probably it's supposed to sound that way (cheap and generic) but I don't want to listen to music like that!

A different cover art would def revive my hype that's currently breathing through machines
Lust for Life is her weakest title track in my oppinion, it's good, but sounds way too commercial with Abel idk

I just want to get this off my mind but, the people on Twitter commenting about the album when Marina's trying to spread the word/help on a tragedy (I'm referring to her posts on Grenfell Tower) are disrespectful to both Marina as well as the victims and make me sick.

I'm a fan of some pretty low-key/unknown artists so the prospect of waiting another month without promo really doesn't bother me luckily! I'm still as hyped for LFL as I was when Love first dropped or when the trailer dropped etc 
 
I get that a lot of people want promo, and I'd love that too, but the amount of negativity on here is draining... we KNOW new music is coming and we know WHEN, and once the album has dropped everyone will be chatting with their reactions and opinions and theories about meaning etc, I'm for sure looking forward to this place buzzing with activity again and no more endless "this era is so boring I don't care anymore" posts   come thru LFL and save us all!

Honeymoon was awesome, and these snippets are PERFECT (with the exception of Daisy Chains).
The truth is she can do no wrong and you just need to accept that.

Can I be honest? I love this mystery. I really have no idea how this album gonna be and I think that it will be good listen to it for the first time without any kind of "spoiler". I mean, I know that we're all dying to hear this fucking album, but I bet that Lana knows what she's doing (but her managers don't know what they're doing lol, they fucking suck)

I'm just upset that RBFY, which is imo the best preview, probably won't be on the record 

Yeah, the same counts for David Bowie, he made rock, glamrock, artrock, poprock and pop music. But I would definitely not consider him an alternative music artist, also, I think there's not a label to put Bowie under like alternative, because Bowie is Bowie. He's one of a kind.

Really? Eh it's nice but i feel like the picture used for the UV cover captures the album really well. Like the whole parked Mercedes with trees behind her, and the blank look on her face, you can see the sadness, especially in her eyes, the plain white tee which means the album isn't about anything lavish or luxurious. That's what makes it beautiful, to me at least. 

I can't understand how people can't maintain hype until 21st July? It isn't that far away, and we get 18 whole songs! I'm SO excited for this album omg!!

Her social awareness is a "marketing ploy"? As if. If she wanted better marketing to be more successful Ben and Ed probs still wouldn't be in the picture. If Lana were after success this musical era would have had more promo. 
I hate it when journalists pretend their unresearched opinion is journalism. If it were only to sell albums she'd be trying a lot fucking harder to sell the damn album, but she isn't. So basically that invalidates the whole article with literally one point.

What makes you say such a thing? It's one thing to not like her music, but to just randomly insult complete strangers (I'm assuming you've never met her in person) is quite another. Besides, Lana obviously likes her – does that make her a "fake bitch" as well?
