See, I super didn't want to bring up Fallout in this thread because I wasn't sure what % of people here would have ever actually played it but Fallout (pre-war) is what I expected this era to take from aesthetically. Especially with the rising tensions on war. 
For those of you that don't know, Fallout is a post nuclear role playing video game where before the apocalypse happened the theme was retro-futurism, which is what they believed the future would look like in the past.
 
Fallout 3 only ever had one concept artist, Adam Adamowics (rest in peace!) and he's a huge art inspiration to me.

I pre-ordered Fallout 4 and got it on release night. The very first song that played for me when I used the Pip-Boy radio was this song, right as I got outside of Vault 111. I can't not associate this song with a Nuclear Holocaust now tbh.

guys i was just thinking, isn't it a bit risky of Lana to be playing her new album tracks in her car? I mean what if her car got stolen? Or a police officer (gay in disguise) stops her and hears the new songs, or steels the CD lmao. It's just funny that so many people on those streets could be like dying to hear it and Lana just drives past with new top secret material playing, idk.

The only one I'm excited for is the one with Yoko Ono's kid, apparently their voices blend really well together and it really does work well on Lust For Life (song) too, so maybe something similiarly amazing will happen. I can't wait to hear these "acoustic" songs she spoke of

I hope there's no other collabs that we don't know about yet. 4 songs with feats is plenty

This might be her worst album as a body of work, but i live for the individual tracks

The image is a photoshop pic, most likely a fan art she used. Y'all should stop with this "everything Lans sings is autobiographic" thing. She loves to use drugs, sex and violence as stylistic devices. And since she said she could not leave anything of the record, I doubt she'll leave out stuff like WTWWAWWKD or BAR or songs because they contain drug-lyrics that don't go along with the positive-vibes concept. And comparing L4L and Love with her darker tracks, I think it's better if she goes for the darker vibes again.
 
And I'd love it if the teased track would have some FK/HBTB-esque sound. I have high hopes for 13 Beaches

Ehhh. the Florida Kilos lines really don't mean anything. And I doubt Lana has ever done crack cocaine (and I just noticed those lines were kinda wrong, you can't make crack with baking powder, only baking soda). 

Off topic (as always) but i like her older videos way more than the new ones!! I mean when she was just her hanging around at the beach or by the pool smoking a cigarette to impress her man

YES! It's such a cute and upbeat song! I'd love for Lana to go all out and do just ONE full doo-woppy 50's inspired song!

Since we're going to have 18 tracks (maybe even more), what do you think are the odds of Lana finally bringing back her "alternative rapping technique" that she used in Off To The Races, National Anthem etc.? 

So anyways, I want the next single to be God Bless America. I'm hoping for Mermaid Motel + National Anthem vibes.
