Lana is going to be featured on the soundtrack of an Elvis documentary “The King” releasing June 22.

 
As we know, she registered her song ‘Elvis’ last year! She also recorded a cover of ‘Heartbreak Hotel’ a few years ago that she wasn’t allowed to release. Could one of these perhaps make an appearance in the film?

As an Aussie,  sometimes I pathetically sing it by subbing in the word  "Australia",  cause same syllables. It just sounds ridiculous. Only America can get away with it,  and that's probably not such a great thing. No one in Australia sings about Australia. 
It is a beautiful song though.

Even HM aged really well, but this is an album I tend to avoid listening to...the title track is just no good, lots of the songs sound unfinished and/or have weak lyrics compared to past stuff, and some of the demos we've heard actually sound better than the finished product e.g. TNC demo. Also it's much less cohesive than past albums. It's good but I feel like there's more lows than highs on the record, and I'm worried LDR6 is gonna be a continuation of this kind of quality

some songs aged horribly on this album... i have a feeling this is her first album that as a whole won't be a timeless classic to me...

Controversial opinion but regarding cultural appropriation, I'm not going to jump down someone's throat who is wearing clothing or styling their hair in a way that is not representative of their own culture----- so long as that person is not, for example, wearing clothing from a culture & also expressing prejudice against that culture- or any culture.

Ya'll Lana is a person! She gets mad sometimes. What do we expect her to be miss goody two shoes all day frickin long? She's a human being and she's allowed to get pissed off sometimes. I cant imagine how exhausting it must get to be taking pictures with fans ALL THE TIME and pretending you're happy about it. Give her a break and stop expecting her to be perfect
