merged, this discussion is literally the purpose of this thread lel

I love how in Velvet Crowbar and TOSTB you can literally hear the frustration in her voice. Also, Pawn Shop Blues is just so emotional in every single version. You can hear the sadness and hopelessness in her tone. I feel like that's the case for a lot of AKA songs.
I really like how you can always tell when she was smiling while she was singing. She's just really good at putting emotion into songs in general.

I can hear her smile (if that makes any sense) when she sings the line about her mother in Old Money

I actually bought this exact skirt awhile back. I want to say it was from H&M, but I'm not sure because I paid a lot for it on eBay. I'm still pretty sure it was H&M though, but it's been discontinued for a very long time. I'll look around for it tho.

Tbh I hope Lana doesn't get a stylist. I like that wears whatever the hell she wants and things that SHE obviously likes.

Ok,so I'm always so curious as to where Lana gets her clothes (and whether or not I can afford them, ) and so I figured I would start this thread if anyone has any information on her recent clothes. There's blogs that tell you where to purchase the clothes but they're all from 2011. I figured that there had to be at least someone who's good at this kind of stuff and help the rest of us out. Especially any information on the tour outfits would be AMAZING. Thanks

I don't know why but what I do know is that I usually can't stand the backing vocalists at concerts. It seems like they're always screwing things up somehow so I'm glad she doesn't have them.

What heart breaking news to wake up to

Last night the world has lost one of the last great comedians, Robin McLaurin Williams. He was known for his many great films and characters, Aladdin (the genie), Mrs. Doubtfire, Popeye, Dead Poets Society, Cadillac Man, Hook, Jumanji, Jack, Patch Adams, Hook, Good Will Hunting, Flubber, One Hour Photo and Night At The Museum as Teddy Roosevelt. He was also known on the small screen for the Happy Days spin off Mork & Mindy and his appearances on The Richard Pryor Show. His was a stand up genius has given the world countless amounts of laughter and joy.

It's been reported that Robin took his own life by asphyxiation. He had suffered with depression and drug use - which he was very open about, for many years- and is the suspected reasoning for his suicide.

Many celebrities have spoken out about Robin this morning  says

"Robin Williams was an airman, a doctor, a genie, a nanny, a president, a professor, a bangarang Peter Pan, and everything in between. But he was one of a kind. He arrived in our lives as an alien – but he ended up touching every element of the human spirit. He made us laugh. He made us cry. He gave his immeasurable talent freely and generously to those who needed it most – from our troops stationed abroad to the marginalized on our own streets. " - President Obama

Very sad, very upset, very glad I did not have to hear about this though Twitter. Probably going to be taking some time off it for a while.
    — Mara Wilson (Co-Stared with Robin in Mrs. Doubtfire)

"I didn’t know I could be so sad, angry, stunned and grateful at the same time. RIP Robin Williams.  If you are in pain please seek help." - Jim Gaffigan

"Without #Robin Williams there wouldn't have been a Comedy scene in San Francisco,
    Robin paved the way.
He was the best of all of us" - Rob Schneider

"I could not be more stunned by the loss of Robin Williams, mensch, great talent, acting partner, genuine soul." - Steve Martin

"I can't take the Robin Williams news. I've never cried over someone I've never met but I can't stop" - Miley Cyrus

"A tweet cannot begin to describe the hugeness of Robin Williams heart and soul and talent. This is so sad. #RobinWilliams" - Ben Stiller

    Genie, you're free.

Ok, I'm ready to become the most hated LB user in the history of this site.

#1- The vocals weren't bad but something about delivery was off to me. Not bad, not bad.

#2- Again, the vocals weren't terrible, but something about the way you sang it made me feel like I was having trouble keeping up with it. It seemed a little all over the place at times, but overall it wasn't too painful to listen to.

#3- Damn. Literally everything was on point. Every box was checked and I have no complaints.

#4- This was pretty good. I reallly want to see you in the next round though.

#5- I really don't think this was a good song for your voice. I'd really like to hear you sing a more fitting song.

#6- I... just... I'm sorry, but this was just bad. Please don't come for me, but this was painful to sit through. I feel like part of the problem might have been that you were singing it while listening to it in your earbuds. BIG no no.

#7- Not a good song for your voice. I really can't even decide whether or not you're good because the song choice and delivery was bad. I would like to listen to you sing a different song, though.

#8- I really liked this. Your vocals were good and I could tell that you really knew the song and that you were singing it as if you wrote it rather than JUST doing a cover. You brought the words to life and I feel like that's huge part of singing.

#9- I liked this and it was just a cute little song and I listened to the whole thing willingly. But yeah, I liked this and I voted for it (am I allowed to say this??)

#10- I'm sorry again but I really just didn't like it. There's potential, though and I don't necessarily want you to get eliminated.

I want to get 'ldr' really small on the side of my wrist in a really simple font (probs like a typewriter font or something) and get 'moz' in the place on the other side (and when I say the side of my wrist I mean the part that lines up with my thumb.... but on my wrist ya feel)

This is really good! I think it would be interesting if you left in some of her parts, especially in the chorus so that it's more like a duet (does that make sense idk)
