Wow, you're right, it IS hard to find the right flow with these songs. Not just because they span genres. There's also many, many reasons why people break up. And different stages of breaking up.

Well, this is what I came up with... hope someone enjoys it finds it cathartic!

OMFG i love you! I couldn't agree with you more!

When the State starts to be influenced by any religion thoughts and actions things start to became a mess. This same Senator is creating another law called "Bolsa Estupro" (rape support basically). Evangelics are against abortion so this other absurd incentive he is trying to create and pass as a constitutional right is to give money to womens that got pregnant after being raped. Basically give money to them so they keep the child. A child of rape can you imagine that? The governement will give money to the pregnant victim of abuse until they find the father (aka the rapist) and when they find the dispicable excuse for human being they will make him pay child support. By law the father will be involved in the kids life. How absurd is that? That is one thing I am learning is that you can never take things for granted when the subject is rights and democracy. When they get a law such as "A Cura Gay"  (the gay cure) to pass they start to think they can actually make the State a religious stabelishment. That makes me go crazy.

There is this one girl that is hard core Evangelic in one of my classes and the things she says makes me wanna pull my eyebrows out with my fingers. That way I would concentrate on my own pain and forget what is coming out of her dirty little mouth. Just makes me crazy those people. I am kind of religious and spiritual myself and I do have a open mind and try my best to respect others but sometimes people forget that our rights ends when the rights of others begin.

I'd like to give my opinion as a religious person. First of all, I am NOT here to shove my religion down anyone's throats or say that you're wrong for loving who you love. That being said, I honestly don't think there's a cure for homosexuality. You are who you are and that's just the way it is. I don't think people choose to be gay don't think there's treatment that can help. From a religious stance, (and I know some of you are probably groaning because talking about religion isn't exactly everyone's choice of conversation, and I know; I try to avoid it with my mom at all costs, but I just feel like people are categorizing religious people and religion as something that it's not as far as homosexuality goes) I think that God made everyone exactly how he wanted them. He created everyone to love one another. Although the Bible says people of the same gender are not to lie together, (first of all that's a very general statement; I daresay not specific enough to be actually talking about gay people, but who knows) he created you just how he wanted you. And another misconception is that God hates gay people, and that I know for a fact is false because he doesn't hate anyone. (Which his followers who call themselves Christians should have that mentality, too. Just sayin'.)

In a nutshell, even though I'm a Christian, I see nothing wrong with homosexuality and I don't think that people should be so quick to pin most of the homophobia on religious people.

P.S- If anyone disagrees with me, that's fine. I don't even care if you say you disagree because I don't mind having a conversation about it. Just don't be mean. And don't slander me for my religion. I'm not here to start an argument, I just wanted to clear the air surrounding some misconceptions about Christians themselves. So....yeah.

As far as the church denying gay marriage, I think it goes back to what I said before, which is that God loves everyone. He created man as equals and to not accept that is ridiculous because you stop paying attention to the person and only judge them based on their 'sins'. If they wanted to play that card from the Bible (people may not lay with people of the same gender), then they would also have to, in a word, shun people who had sex before marriage or people that got divorced or even men who don't have beards (according to the Old Testament) and you don't see them doing that at all. Those people are accepted into churches without a second thought, so why draw the line at gays? That's just my opinion.

I personally really like this interview. The reason I think everybody is taken aback by it is because we don't usually see this side of Lana. She always seems really shy and sweet (most of the time) and this is unlike most of her other interviews. I do think that maybe she was in a mood when she answered these questions, but my opinion of her hasn't changed. She can't be EVERYTHING we want her to be. She's her own person. And as far as the not being patriotic comment, I'm an American and I'm not offended at all. I know it might be surprising to hear her say that because of obvious reasons, but just because she's not huge on America doesn't mean she doesn't love her American fans. All my life I've never been a patriotic person and I've wanted to leave America for as long as I can remember and I just don't think people should look down on her for that. That's just my opinion.
