I think Lana is feeding us snippets to keep us going for the delayed album release, and I actually like those clips. It's like shes sharing a part of her working progress too (especially the clip of "Roses bloom for you").

It was 2013 and i was in the car with my mom and Summertime Sadness Cedric Gervais Remix was playing, and prior to this event I was a lana fan since early 2012 when I heard/saw her in the H&M commercial. So I started singing along and my mom said "Oh do you know this girl?"  I was like "yeah she's my favorite singer her name is Lana Del Rey" . And my mom was like "Wow she sounds beautiful but sad"  Since then Lana comes up in conversation when we are in the car and she asks me why they don't play her on the radio that much and she thinks shes beautiful but her music is too sad to listen to, she supports my adornment for her and one wall of my room is basically covered in her photos and a giant poster so yeah lol.

My mom named one of my cats Lana without me saying anything so yeah

Lust For Life is like one of her least slow and dreary songs?? The lyrics are really sweet too, c'mon! ( > 3 < ) I guess I understand people who don't like her music because I usually judge a song by its melody (especially if it's playing in the background and I don't care about the lyrics) and if it's not appealing to me, then... (   > __ > ) If the song sounds nice, I give the lyrics a try. (Except for my favourite artists ofc, I always listen to their lyrics, this applies more to radio songs they keep on repeat) But great lyrics can really lift a song to another level.
 
I remember that I played Summertime Sadness for some high school classmates on one evening during our trip to Dublin and they didn't recognise it until someone realized it was that remix they had all heard. Ugh. I just wanted them to know the real song, the real feelings the lyrics give, because honestly, that remix do no favour to the lyrics at all. Kristijan Majic is more or less the only guy who makes remixes that fit the feelings the lyrics want to tell. He's a Lana remix god. ♥ Fucked my way up to the top is like... a sparkling jewel among all the Lana remixes. His are better than the official ones, I don't know why Universal won't hire him to do the remixes (or however it works).

The more I'm thinking about this, the more convinced I get. 

also i'm guessing the A$AP x Carti track will be a single (either before the album or after) because trap is the shit now & she could generate a lot of hype if people saw 'damn Lana Del Rey on a trap song? gotta hear that'

Being a U2 fan too, I was so happy when Lana posted on her Instagram story that she went to their concert..! And I think she would make a superb cover of U2's "If God Will Send His Angels".
