I'm pretty confident that in the chorus she says:

It makes so much more sense for the rhyme scheme. Swinging/singing, swaying/saying.

I’ve just listened to this song for the first time in a while since it leaked and I’ve finally formed together my complete theory of its meaning. I believe this song is very influenced by Barrie, more specifically, his battle with depression. From Barrie’s lyrics, tweets, and dark influences I think it’s obvious that he is struggling, or at least has at some point in his life, struggled with depression.  Here’s my interpretation:
 
 
 

In National Anthem she says, "Keep me safe in his bell tower hotel"
And I always thought she said "Keep me safe in his will, time will hold tell" 

"Every inch of my tall black soul".. Got to admit, that one isn't hard to mess up.

I'm not sure if this has been posted on here or not (it probably already has) but I didn't feel like looking through all the pages. It's an interview with David Nichtern, the owner of 5 Points Records about the shelving of AKA. Pretty interesting!

I read a theory on here awhile ago that said she might have lied about her age when she was younger to get into bars and maybe that extra year on her fake ID just stuck with her all this time? Seemed pretty plausible to me. 

Hi! I think it would be nice to turn this topic on after the Freak video. As I was watching the video this topic just came in mind. A lot of people said it was like a reference to Jim Jones and Charles Manson, the Kool aid cult (related to the red drink) and other stuff related. But It reminded me a lot of Father Yod and his wives also.

Also in TIWMUG, it says "high heels in her hand". I always thought it said "flyers in her hand" and had this image of a drunk girl passing out flyers for something on the side of the road while Lana just leans against a chain link fence and smokes a cigarette..
