i 100% agree, Babygirl is SOOOOO underrated too

Babygirl literally the best song on N1A, it’s production is best as well.
There are no bad songs on N1A you sodding idiots, that’s why it’s her best piece of work

her best work for me is still True Godmance   idc if I'm stuck in 2013 this album never gets old.. Take My Hand, Grins, Set Me Free wow..

Urgh, unpopular opinion but I'm bored... Like she said she wanted to change the future of pop music (unrealistic, I know) but I don't think we've seen that at all. There's been elements in both Number 1 Angel and Pop 2 - but nothing ground-breaking, like she didn't change pop music - she just explored PC music and used autotune a lot!
 
I'm not hating, it's been fun. But 1999, like, I can't be doing with an album (or EP or whatever) that sounds like dated noughties pop refreshed or Venga Boys outtakes. Girls Night Out and 1999 are a sound I think she avoid from now on, personally.
 
I'd rather her master a more current sound and reappear with a project that's cohesive and still Charli but also on trend (kinda like MØ's Forever Neverland or Tove Lo's Blue Lips) or she really needs to ditch the PC music and start a fresh and maybe attempt to change the pop music formula in an impactful way.

Just wanted to say I just went to my 5th Florence show last Sunday and it was incredible :') Probably my second favorite show of theirs that I've been to, but I wish the setlist had an extra song or two from HBHBHB!!!!  (My first favorite would be the private Spotify show she played in Brooklyn, which I think I totally forgot to post about on here) <3

WE ARE FINALLY GETTING AN NPR TINY DESK CONCERT     

I LOVE THE ALBUM. Holy fckn shit. Ultracohesive, the same level of cohesive as NMTF actually, and a whole concept I can get behind?? NMTF forever unbothered but FN is so easy to listen to and chill for late night study sessions it's so perfect. Imaginary Friend is a super hot song god damn I'm sweating. Super happy Blur is one of her best songs ever. Still feels more like an EP than a record but whatever. I just remembered she's 30 and my nose is bleeding, I'm light headed
