Juliette Armanet is a celebrated French singer, songwriter, and pianist who has brought a fresh, modern twist to the tradition of French chanson. Born on March 4, 1984, she gained widespread recognition with her debut album Petite Amie in 2017. Hey I sometimes think about some random songs from her catalogue that I'd love to see as show openers and I thought it'd be interesting to share so here's mine:
1. For K part II:
I think the crowd would go crazy after hearing the first notes and it's quite a slow song but I think there could be a heavier rock arrangement towards the second half of the song which would sound so great and also I'd love to listen to some of AKA live
2. Kill Kill
For the same reasons but followed by a banger like Jimmy
3. Brite lites
It would be sooo kunty I can imagine like the band and dancers entering the stage with the beginning of the song and a spotlight on Lana as she sings the first line
4. Text Book
Not my fav from Blue Banisters but its very simple and straight forward start could work as such an interesting intro
So these were my random picks
What are yours?
