this seems unpopular--i'm actually enjoying this era! (i mean, despite her refusal to give us a clear release date, which is driving me crazy.)
 
i've been into lana since born to die came out and have been on lanaboards almost as long (under a different username then) so i've experienced every era in real time, but i have to say that i'm more obsessed than ever. i know a lot of fans are losing interest or are frustrated with lana, but this era is solid gold compared to honeymoon and even UV. this is the first time lana has been content and at peace with everything and it makes all the difference. i know UV is legendary now but experiencing that era was not enjoyable. i remember we got a plethora of magazine interviews but they were mostly worrying and disappointing. lana came off as ungrateful and immature and said regrettable things that embarrassed me as a fan. now her outlook has changed and it is very welcome. i feel like all this time i've been waiting for this side of lana to come alive, for her to stop focusing on the negativity that fame brought her and to instead use it to be a force of good. i'm happy she has decided to do just that, in her own lana way. 

Her Paradise tour had some of her best looks and vocals  All of her other tours had good vocals and looks but the Paradise tour just had the most. Also, she played tons of Paradise songs on that tour! Every song on the record was performed at least a few times, besides Bel Air--which was never played 

Yeah. People who think/hope it's gonna be on LFL are delusional tbh, it would've been on Honeymoon if Lana herself actually cared for it - but luckily she clearly doesn't.

I agree, I love Dark Paradise, and that's an incredibly unpopular opinion.

Unpopular opinion: I actually think 24 has her best vocals on Honeymoon, not sorry.
And even tho MTWBT has the most boring vocals, it's the best instrumental on Honeymoon. This is exactly why that album has confused the hell out of us.

tbh I don't know if this is unpopular, but the lyric 'All I wanna do is lie on chandeliers and stare at you, baby' is one of my favourite lines she has ever written

I love Coachella.
One of the most complex songs
One of the most complex lyrics and sound
And one of the most difficult songs for anyone to sing (I would defy most popular singers to be able to sing this song in the same way it is meant to be sung.)
 
I find it hard to think there will be a better song this decade. (though Ms. Grant keeps surprising me).
 
Coachella ranks up there all time with (among others) the Beatles "Day in the life"
 
Speaking of Day in the life, has anyone else connected Lana's vocalizing on both "Pretty when I cry"  and her vocals on "Stargirl" to be like the musical sonical end
of "Day in the life"
 
Judging from others opinions, this one appears to be unpopular (probably a song like this must scare the kiddies).

I'm kinda miffed she has so many collabs on this album, I don't think there should have been two Rocky songs. I'm so excited for the Stevie and Sean collabs because I think they'll be interesting and different. But if anything she should have stuck to one Rocky track and not had The Weeknd on the title track, he added nothing. 
 
After having 3 full albums with no features she was probably eager to work with other artists which I support but I'm listening to the record for Lana.

this was her best look in Tropico, its shame we didn't get more of it

I didn't feel Heroin either but give it a few more listens, it might grown on you.

I love her, but I still feel it lingering in the back of my mind, that this is the thematic progression that -Lana- had planned from the beginning. 
 
I'm constantly torn between seeing her work as a grand scale masterpiece artwork, or is it really the life of Lizzy Grant.
 
I remember reading some comment by a guy who went to school with her, and he just basically made the point that she has always loved playing a character, and she was always a performer in her own right. 
 
Anyway i'm confused, but this is what makes her so interesting.
