I hate the idea of it being "dedicated to fans" because I know it's not actually that impersonal to her - dedicating to fans seems like she wrote the whole record around what her fans might enjoy, which means going back to previously done concepts and sounds, which isn't what we necessarily want. But I know that that's likely not what she means anyway, because she's always evolving, so she wouldn't just take a step back and redo what's been done already. That's not what she's about.
 
Rather, I think this album will be way less autobiographical - so more storytelling and introduction of new ideas, sounds, visuals. I guess she's willing to be more abstract with this album, and thinking beyond her personal influences/experiences to greater themes.

For LDR5 I would really love her to go into this direction. This song is amazing

Guess Lana's motivating me to fix my sleeping schedule

She's the sweetest & most beautiful woman ever. Love how she switched up the melody -- can't wait to hear her sing it live this year. I also definitely heard a bit of that "country twang" my roommate and I were talking about during 'it don't matter because it's enough...' Adorable. Love her little message too. Wow.

I lay on my bed with my headphones, summer breeze coming through the window, volume up. 
It's so confident, quite simple lyrically but a new kind of intimacy from her I think? Warmer, more outward-looking than introspective. I love the grandiosity of the chorus, it's just beautiful.
My hopes for the album are very high!

I absolutely love this song. When I leaked I thought it was pretty good but now understanding this is for her fans & all that stuff it literally skyrocketed I love this woman so much
