Going by statistics, Lana will for sure have a title track and it will be the second track of the album.
 
It very much feels like she just gave the song that title for the sake of it. I understand that there was this whole concept about the song being about this bullshit and cocky artist/person, but that wasn't even a recurring theme on the album. 
 
I would very much like to hear what "Chemtrails Over the Country Club" sounds like.

It might be a mixture. I suggest Kim because her statement is crazeeee and Lana does seem to be one for harbouring grudges. I reckon she still vividly remembers what Lorde said too, so Lorde announcing new material and her doin the picture on the same day could be a wacky powerplay also.

Lorde seemed like she was digging at certain acts when Royals (or her debut album came out in general) came out anyways. Like she was the anti-Ariana and wanted to secure that.

I think it's Lorde, and I do not think it's a coincidence that she posted the og typewritten post the day after Lorde sent her newsletter (which incidentally, name dropped Jack). It generated a lot of publicity, and I think it might've triggered Lanz for reasons that aren't entirely clear.

if lana is as obsessed with the charts as everyone on twitter tried to make it seem, then here's some good news: she has a good chance of this album going #1 in the US
 
Not many artists are releasing music bc of the lack of promo that can be done, and this wouldn't even affect lana's sales bc she doesn't rely on shoving the album's title down everyone's face.

I wish for the exact opposite. I want Lana with a huge bouffant wearing one of those fancy caftan you wear at fancy dinner parties exuding 60s realness and feeling every bit of the glamorous woman she knows she is! Also Neil Krug has to capture the whole thing! No more beige/DIY/amateur visuals, thank u!

As someone that has shit all over the production of NFR and has dragged Jack through the pits of hell and back over the subpar/cheap production/mastering of the album (and will continue to do so), I'm kinda digging the instrumentation in Lana's latest spoken word piece. I hope it follows a similar path sonically for LDR7.

To me, her point is pretty clear: when female artists sing about their sexuality in a way that's deemed positive or empowering, critics love it. But the moment Lana tries to weave a narrative where she makes mistakes sexually/romantically, and surrenders power to a man (who perhaps doesn't treat her well), she's crucified for it.
 
She wants everyone to be able to sing about their experiences without being told they're "glamorizing abuse." That's all she's saying. It's not an artist's job to be an example.
