i also think the snippet she posted of bb (“give me children take away my pain”) was perfect. it left me wanting more without spoiling the song. 

my only solution is to not listen to snippets at all or read descriptions ... but when i do that i end up not going on lb or participating in prerelease and then its not really fun at all  you win some you lose some i guess

I've spent the last few days in Scotland and I've heard Lana's songs in at least three places. So her next album will clearly include more lyrics about whiskey, as well as kilts, bagpipes, Gaelic wisdom and a dislike of England.

I’m gonna say something controversial before the next album comes. Those of y’all who paint BB as messy and complain that it’s songs we’ve already had or that it’s boring obviously are missing the entire point. It truly is a healing album. It details the struggles of addiction and heartbreak and trying to find family again when you had none. Men who come and go because a bottle is more important to them. Finding your own family because maybe it never came easy for you. Trying not to be self destructive and angry. It’s deeply emotional when you fully understand all her references and there’s a lot. Y’all were just upset it wasn’t milfymoo clubbycloo death drop into a split werq the house down boots slay

yep ! I miss the feeling of waiting for a show and meeting strangers that become friends. ugh so magical. she really should do small shows in California/east coast or something 

i just want something good … and something i can shake my ass to. and/or something i can have on while performing a satanic ritual surrounded by candles sitting inside a pentagram on the floor

And with the recent news about the right to abortion being overturned, I don’t expect her to post in the next days anything that is not on that subject (and rightfully so: with COCC, she updated us on election night and some media said it was a weird move and maybe not the best timing; I can’t imagine if she announced LDR9 how much backlash she’d get…)
