Finished my second listen of the album.. and the sleep deprivation is now hitting me. I wish I could stay up all night listening to this record over and over, but a 42hr streak is about as much as my body can handle LOL.
Again as I said earlier, I’m already ready to declare this her best record. It’s a masterpiece. So much substance, so much to unpack.. so I’ll be back later today to share more thoughts! I can’t wait to read all of yours’ too. & of course the new site visuals will also be arriving later today as well! Happy, happy, happy release day everyone.. sending all my love to my fellow Lipsters. not to be rude but this is not it - listen to what she said in her caption/poem (salamander). she’s not cosplaying as a poet, she’s a literal poet. like by definition lmao. you can not care about reviews but still be bummed if you don’t get the reviews you were hoping for, it makes sense to me. at the end of the day, while i’m sure she’s grateful for us, she owes us nothing and she should make the art that feels true to her. most of us can tell the art is genuine and that’s all that matters. i would never want her to make “bops” just for the sake of appeasing *some* fans - that would suck as an artist. if you’re only in it for the bops, why are you here lmao that comment is a super unfair take

I'm always here for new Lana music. It honestly doesn't matter how an album is received, we all know most of her albums take years to receive their flowers. It just is what it is. This album is definitely for the hardcore fans. It isn't an entry level Lana album. 

if ldr 10 follows taco truck/ peppers i want it to be released next year in may/june

Also, speaking of youtubers who do album reactions... I really love SherTheTruth, she's a poetess herself and she's a Lana stan. She usually goes into analyzing lyrics in terms of their themes and sometimes the rhythmical structure too... I hate the fact that the album isn't out already. I want the reactions... I want them all...
