Giving such prestigious awards to Billie and her brother sounds very much to me:  «We're still a fresh and cool academy that recognizes young talents»

for me it was exaggerated the amount of awards she won. it was too much she is soooo young and has a lot to conquer. i mean wtf one day you dream about being famous and the next day you are at the fucking top without even trying. like it or not, grammys set prestige to the artists for a lot of people. its like, how could she even top this in the future? its ridicuclous. if she gets all the recognition now when she didn't even deserve it (she actually feels that way that's why she didn't want to keep winning), how will she feel when she really works her ass off while waiting the recognition of the academy and not getting it the way she did yesterday? she has to be intelligent and be above this shit, take the fame off her head and focus in being a true artist, otherwise some stupid asshole will take advantage of her and ruin her career. this happens. we've seen this a lot of times. and i don't know why i have the feeling something stupid and nonesense will end Billie's prestige. i really hope not, she is just a kid and she's nice

is this all true? She turned down presenting?

    A few thoughts:

Idgaf she didn't win and the fact billy won solidifies that even more

She looked great - the article about her look on dailymail is all overwhelmingly positive comments about her look and her album. Being covered up and wearing not much makeup. Her slutshaming right wing fanbase is growing which can only be good for her future sales
In the red carpet interview it sounds like her New York twang is coming back.
Is it true she was sat in the same row as Dan Auerbach?? That is major     I hope they talked

I honestly don't care that Lana didn't play the game and campaign or whatever - it was literally revealed how corrupt the grammy voting is last week. She is over 10 years into her career and just peaking. Other artists who won tonight can only imagine having a career with such a stable and upward trajectory as hers. She is the real winner period.

As much as I agree with you, this is my response to the bolded part:

She won Album, Record, Song, Best New Artist, Best Engineering and her brother won Best Producer... saying this, you've got to believe this is the best album released in history. Literally no one has seen this extreme achievement in a very long time, I daresay never... given the fact she is younger than most of us. That's why people (not only Lana fans...) are mad. Her album and her era honestly didn't deserve this much success in one single night. She's got style, she's got sound and was able to create a recognisable piece of work, but it wasn't all that.

Most of it is about making money as well, they know if they market Billie Eilsh well they can all make a lot of money off her since she appeals to everyone from kids to grannies and is on the radio, all over youtube and social media. The more they hype her, the more money they all make off of it. Seems only every few years they give a token award to a smaller person with no marketability to give themselves validation and then they go back to giving them to people they make money from for a few years again

i think the industry just bought Billie Eilish. she is really young and naive, she loooves her fame. i think they want to take advantadge of it. they are really going to manipulate her. I MEAN IS THERE ANOTHER EXPLANATION????

Honestly I love her but I feel like her new track Rainbow, Rainbow is just baiting the lgbt community
Like, she mentions indigo but she doesn’t mention pink or turquoise, etc? homophobic as fuck
Will she address this drama or will she just sweep it under the rug? Time will tell

Just found out she's signed to the same label as Azealia Banks. What we truly need is a Bing Bong Zoo remix feat. Azealia, but it'll probably end up with beef and Azealia hexing miss Peppa

Peppa Pig already solidified her main pop girl status with her debut single 'Bing Bong Zoo', and she continues to prove that she's here to stay with her highly anticipated debut album 'My First Album', which will be available at midnight.

The album starts with 'It's Peppa Pig', in this intro track she let's people know, she is Peppa Pig. She gives insight on her life and her family's life. It's the perfect intro track, it's honest, it's personal and it captures the mood of this body of work perfectly.

With the track 'Rainbow, Rainbow' she's showing her allyship with the LGBTQ community. As she chants out "Rainbow, Rainbow Red, and orange and yellow, and green, and purple, and blue!" she's showcasing all the different colors of the rainbow, representing the different types of people of the LGBTQ community individually. She then chants out "And indigo too!" showing that each member of the community is seen and valid, even the members who might be overlooked, just like the color indigo. She ends the first verse with "We love indigo!". She sees you, she supports you and she loves you.

With tracks like 'Festival Fun!' and 'Peppa Party Time' she sings about being young, having fun and partying. She's living life carefree.

The album ends with 'Peppa's Lullaby', a slower song to wrap up the album. This is a song where you can truly appreciate her vocals. She ends the song on a motivational note. "Dream together, one and all.'

Make sure to stream 'My First Album' at midnight.

After the grammy snubbed, I hope she makes a rap album and dissed everyone in the music industry
