lana’s birthday is coming up and I have a feeling it’s gonna be a special one... maybe a lil treat to the fans? let’s manifest that

it's been very difficult to be a lana del rey fan these past several weeks, but if she quits music, i would be a little devastated. it would be so sad to think that people bullied her out of making art and sharing it with her fans. she's made some very questionable choices lately, and needs to be held reasonably accountable, but she doesn't deserve to be bullied and dragged out of her career, she's not r. kelly or 6ix9ine, people who actually deserve to lose their fame and power. 

in my honest point of view.
This will not be forgotten in the history books, but people will try to forgive, and move on, because all that matters
is the MUSIC and the good times they make us feel.
If Lana Del Rey put out bad music , surely, we would have forgotten all about her many years ago.
 
Do not forget that in the past many many bands (and singers) have passed through this and much worse problems and many people (fans) have continued to
admire their music and their legacy.

famous than Jesus Christ" , but that reporter did not include into her interview that John Lennon was talking about a recent book

she will. popularity? she's one of the most talked about celebrities this year already + the critical darling of 2019. our girl is safe. critical acclaim? we'll see... if negative reviews towards 'chemtrails...' are filled with political stuff, then we know they're biased.

I don’t think she’ll release anything on September. And tbh I think her popularity, commercial and critical acclaim will take a massive drop after this disaster. And all thanks to her ignorance and ego.

i’m sure she had no bad intentions with posting the video of people looting but that was a pretty bad move on her part

Adele is British. I mean, people all over the world are outraged, protesting, etc., but people probably expect a response from Lana because 1. it's her own country, 2. the people she recently called her friends and peers are speaking out, and 3. the other mess just happened and even if she didn't mean it to be about race, that's what it turned into, so this is her chance to "walk the talk" after saying "I'm not racist." And it looks like she is doing exactly that! :cheer:

Well, I've been dragging her for the last several days for her silence, but glad to see she listened to her fans/the public and used her platform to spread awareness. I'm also encouraged to see she listened to those urging her to alter her post as it could be used against protestors. 
 
Her story leaves me the most hopeful - standing with protestors and BLM signs. She's doing her part.

I don’t have an issue with her posting those videos tbh. also the second pic wasn’t her and val at all, it was val and @subtlesoma on instagram. she may not have gone to the protests but if she wasn’t supporting the movement she clearly wouldn’t have posted the picture of her friends at the protests
