Do we think that user posting that scat-spicious thread yesterday (before they were intercepted) means anything for this record? It’s been about a month since TUOB was released as well, so surely something will be coming soon (tracklist reveal, music video, single, etc.).

I almost wonder if it’s because the record was already at risk of leaking, and maybe it’s easier to find certain songs to leak if the names are already known? I’m not sure how any of that works, but that’s another alternative, maybe? I do like the idea of a planned tracklist reveal though!!

Has anyone mentioned Lana (relatively recently—can’t remember exactly when) posting a newer Pawn Shop Blues video to her Instagram with little context? I’m curious if she had any intentions of rereleasing it for a record!

Listening to TUOB at the moment and thinking of just how incredibly versatile Lana is. Like..scrambling all of her title tracks & listening to them back to back is so interesting. In my opinion, Lana’s one of the few mainstream artists able to maintain their essence and individuality regardless of what soundscape they dip into without being redundant. Truly one of the best

I don’t remember the specifics, but if I remember correctly, one of BoZ’s friends was allegedly tweeting LDR9(?)-related things, and it resulted in him getting a lot of unwanted attention lol

fake insiders must really be enjoying the holiday festivities because we’re overdue for a “this album is a mix between UV + HM and her dark sultry psychedelic magnum opus” edit: this isn’t pointed at anyone btw. It just seems like tradition at this point lol

it’s going to be a long 3 months, i fear..

Can’t wait until this album comes out so I can cook up a TUOB personality quiz trying to decide what I’ll do with the interludes—don’t think I could handle the backlash if people here started getting the pastor track result

Personally, I expect it to be loving, maybe even a little quirky. I could be wrong, but during Lana’s award speech where she mentioned WFWF, it seemed as though she had (in a way) finalized what she wanted to say about her father and mother in that aspect. However, The Grants is followed up by what seems to be long breaths from Lana, almost as if she’s calming herself down. Then again, maybe it’s just supposed to mimic the wind and usher in the next track! I’m excited to see!
