i mean i can agree candy necklace concept is cool but i just fully disagree with the rest  it is not engaging enough to be ten minutes long and i never find myself rewatching it the way i rewatch her old videos. im glad you like it though, and i can appreciate the concept of the video, i'm just not exactly a fan of the execution.

i would not mind rumours inspired album cover....  i think it would be very fitting.

Ocean Blvd had some nice covers but idk none of her covers post NFR really evoke much of a world or theme for me. Blue Banisters isn’t unappealing to the eyes in the way the standard Chemtrails cover is but it’s kind of just there😭. The single covers for Blue Banisters are also atrocious. Chemtrails photoshoot had some really nice pictures but she decided to go with an ugly behind the scenes photo because for some reason she decided the main theme of the album was family and friends even though 90% of songs are about Sean lol. Idk it’s just hard to feel excited by her artistic vision anymore, she hasn’t had a great music video since Chemtrails title track either (though it’s still nowhere near her older music videos). 

All of the new upcoming music deserves the Heroin treatment tbh never discussed*, never teased, and it surpassed every expectation

ugh im so over the folk slander like everyone paid fishtail, peppers, and taco truck dust while let the light in (objectively one of the folkier songs on the album) was the one song to be the most popular… like jeez you guys would be gagging over yosemite if it were on LFL despite it being a dominantly guitar song
