I honestly don't get the hate for the PD version. It's one of Lana's best tracks imo. The atmosphere is unmatched. A vintage slutty depressing near death experience black motorcycle tunnel light champagne post nut clarity jazz masterpiece.

Also @Unknown is there a final Beautiful People version made for HM or was it just the 3 rough demos amd then LFL? How far did it go in the sessions? Also, how would you place Come With Me in the final tracklist based on the vibe?

Was Beautiful People demo a Honeymoon outtake? Was it ever considered in HM's tracklist?
 
Also how much do you know about Honeymoon era Mark Ronson or Dan Heath outtakes/demos?

Come With Me is the best outtake and it should have been on the album   its the perfect blend of Ultraviolence and Honeymoon 

Not really! Just that it uses some of the same lyrics and melody as Axl Rose Husband. The instrumental/chord progression actually sounds quite similar to “American” from paradise EP so maybe that’s why they scrapped it 

a few days ago i asked for some tea about "paradise" but i meant the honeymoon outtake which has axl rose husband lyrics  do you know anything about that one?

It was meant for Honeymoon but was scrapped. Unknown confirmed it. If I'm not wrong, they were the one to say that it's not a LFL outtake too.

So, it's one of the between sessions tracks right? Like, HM but only due to recording date, not really meant for the album itself?

i would say cry kill die is like very early lfl but idk... (we know the timeline for the albums overlap, for example lust for life was first recorded before honeymoon came out etc)

@Unknown said that CKD is a HM outtake, it was made before June 2015.

I always felt like Religion and SYTH were very interchangeable in the tracklist, without breaking the cohesiveness of the whole like, the spot between Burnt Norton belongs to one song that's either one of them. I wouldn't place them together or in any other spot, that's why I was very specific with "interchangeable". Honeymoon's tracklist is so perfect imo that it's hard to make any changes, at least for me. It was released in its ultimate form. About SYTH being usually pictured as an ideal closer, which soundwise I kinda agree, I feel like it's too much a happy ending for an album like HM (I mean, Swan Song is basically about jumping off a cliff so...).

Only the HM final matters and nothing else. I just know that it's the best version.

Every song has a demo, so I wonder if anyone who has heard them if there was ever a modern "Lizzy" vibe like we saw with Get Free, A&W. Also the Honeymoon home video was an obvious tribute to her Lizzy era films. It's such a strange and complex period of time it's no wonder many fans dislike it.

Terrence Loves You had 2 alternate titles, "Jazz N Blues" and "Violet Sings The Blues"
