I'm not worried about the album leaking early tho... insiders tend to have stuff months in advance and rarely leak them. Lana's albums leaks always come from the physicals being sold/sent early (or a girl with a cassette )
 
About the Dua thing... it seems weird but didn't Lana post something about Ben being the best manager in the world just as Dua an him cut ties?  if it's true I hope it's subtle and not too direct.
