honestly i’m very curious about the alleged james ford version of this song, recorded during the tlsp session and intended for chemtrails later. i think this version could feature new vocals (maybe even new lyrics) and more indie rock influenced production, like thunder

this is such an amazing thread idea and deserves more recognition <3 i got chemtrails title track! i’d say it’s pretty accurate, except it’s more of a place i’m trying to get to, but i guess i lack a bit confidence/independency from other people? but the rest is totally on point i also retook the test so i could change the answers i wasn’t sure about and i got nawwal, which fits me even better <3

also, sorry for leaving question in this thread, but what else lana songs do you think relate to this kind of sound and storytelling? aside of i talk to jesus

What are your Top 10 played songs of all time?
revadece replied to Crimson and Clover's topic in Music
a lot of mine are coming from one, underground band, so let me just do one song per artist instead: 1. cigboi - the aquadolls 2. oblivion - grimes 3. cherry blossom - lana 4. queen bitch - sylvia baudelaire 5. always forever - cults 6. not allowed - tv girl 7. your dog - soccer mommy 8. call it fate, call it karma - the strokes 9. jealous - eyedress 10. stargirl interlude - the weeknd, lana / angel - kali uchis (since stargirl is mostly lana’s song lol) ngl, not rlly proud of this ranking or whatever i really like maybe just 5 songs of these? and it portrays my taste a bit as tiktok songs but it really isn’t, i just streamed these tracks so much because it was kinda when my taste stared getting more indie and i didn’t know a lot tracks so i would listen to the same playlist all over again. this kind of rank would be definitely more accurate if you consider just this year -
yayo - 12 west coast - 24 venice bitch - 14

Lust For Life - Post-Release Discussion Thread + Poll
revadece replied to Elle's topic in Post-Release Threads
love + lust for life = cuteness overloaded so underrated tracks (not by the streams, but by the lack of appreciation from fandom). groupie love is also such a sweet one, i love the production -
have you heard any or are you assuming they’re bad? i wouldn’t complain about songs sounding like tulsa jesus freak (although i wouldn’t complain about anything, but specifically songs sounding like tulsa jesus freak because it’s not something very common in lana’s discography)

(the order doesn’t really matter that much - for example i don’t think chemtrails is better than norman, lol. it’s more what i’m digging recently also organised in a way to make it “aesthetically pleasing”)
