Seems like that's a wrap for now! I think I said everything essential that I wanted to say. Hope this brought some closure to those who were seeking it or that at least you learnt something interesting. It was fun and maybe one day I will come back to talk more, maybe in upcoming years more interesting stuff to talk about will surface as well. Thanks for joining and being all nice and respectful. And remember, Lana's word is always above me or any of us, she is the artist and the visionary and none of us other than her will fully know the truth about all those mysterious things.

Pretty sure that technically nothing is stopping them from releasing Is This Happiness and Flipside on streaming anymore, next time Lana goes on a longer live chat, ask her for that. Speaking of which though, Flipside was never really considered for UV. It was recorded as a rough one day demo at Nightbird and they pretty much just decided to mix it and release like that. Good for us, cool song that would have been lost.

Rock Candy Sweet seems to just be a phrase Lana liked, it seems to be originally stemming from a song called Loved You Then Loved You Now she did with Jack, but later also used it in Watercolor Eyes, but one is not a rework of another or anything. Watercolor Eyes is a song that can be very much considered a BB outtake though, but I'm 99% sure it wasn't made yet when Lana announced the former Rock Candy Sweet album.

Blue Banisters was a different situation. The album had almost no promo, not a very appealing cover photo, a lot of unrecognized (first) singles and was released only some months after Chemtrails.
Now it looks like a lot more effort is being put into it. We also have a lot of collabs. If Lana and her team want to push an album up the charts, I think they could outdo Miley as well.

if you're so invested into why ocean boulevard didn't show up at the top of her spotify page, it's likely because songs like summertime sadness, and young and beautiful will always have way more streams at any given time because they're known by the GP, casual listeners, etc. ocean boulevard may only be listened to by actual fans
 
it shouldn't matter if it only gets 500 streams a day, there's no reason to hate on her like this, she's in a great spot of her career, she has millions of fans, but also has the ability to do whatever she wants with her work, basically, not many artists can say that, she doesn't release garbage, soulless stream-grabs for tiktok, she hasn't gone towards a mainstream sound just to succeed on the charts, we should be happy about that everyday

No, what's embarrassing is a Xenoblade stan trying to tell other people about charts but can't tell what has or hasn't released, who also compares an album with a large release to a single with no promo 

you can't expect much from a Xenoblade fan, their community itself sucks.

Regardless, there are people here who can't stand Miley (myself) and won't support her. Period. Lana released a single song so comparing it, with no music video or much promo except for one singular billboard in Tulsa, to SZA seems kind of stupid and makes you look like you don't understand charts at all. But go off I guess sis?

My vote is “Ocean Blvd” for the short form of the title. “Did You Know(…)” doesn’t make me think of the album or the song at all, it always takes me a second to connect it but maybe I smoke too much weed lol.

“They Watch But/Because They Know Your Name”, maybe? This potential title could tie back to the themes of being watched on High By the Beach.
 
Lana posted a still from the HBTB video before she deactivated her Instagram, and Eclipse alluded to the song recently when talking about the album - BoZ asking on Twitter if Lana ever sampled her own song could be related to this, especially since Swan Song samples HBTB and Lana referenced Swan Song in the W Mag interview.

We can add to the "list of things we learned today" this confirmation from Dan Heath himself, confirming he indeed worked on the "You & Me" song:
