maybe what ldrvillage said is just abt the announcement, from which we will get album title/cover/date of dropping.
but there exists another possibility that ldrvillage's "soon" should be counted by months.

Don’t think he’s said that, only that he know’s nothing. Recently Lana has been extra cautious about those in her circle and is trying to make sure nothing get’s out. So perhaps these leakers or their contacts no longer are being provided with the information.  
 
 
 
As we know Soon means anytime within the next 12 months to Lana and her team. Often she changes her mind or their is some set back…so nothing can be trusted.  

remember when he liked a tweet asking him if her team isn't allowing him to say anything?  

no he said that he doesnt know anything  which is basically confirmation he was told to keep his mouth shut

I really think that we’re about to get a taste of LDR9 in the next weeks. The LDR village post, the Ben post, our first snippet, her total silence these days, plus the rumours on « insiders » accounts that the lead si coming in September…

Has anyone noticed the reaction of Rob when Lana wanted to talk loudly about "Rob's f*cking album"? I can lip-read something like "what?"  and hear "not supposed to be" and she said "sh*t". So this album is real?
