    MARINA (and The Diamonds)

My unpopular opinion is that I love L+F just the way it is. I don't really care for demos and outtakes from that era besides There's Nothing Wrong With You, which I really love. It's my second favorite Marina album after Froot. Mainly because I just really relate to it and I think that the modern electronic pop sound and the simple polished semi-quirky clunky lyrics really worked together. Because it really helped me to learn about emotions and how I really feel about everything. I understand if for some it's trash but for me it's really dear. What I really love is that there are different pop sounds in this album but if other people can't hear it I understand. It was my first proper era I experienced too, I became a stan after Froot was released but I knew and loved some of her music since 2010 with I Am Not A Robot I understand that people have different tastes and I understand if someone thinks I have an awful taste but with L+F I feel like this album was made for me.

Well it was rumoured that Disconnect and True Colors cover were part of the repackage. But after the tour she probably burned out and I remember in one of the interviews she said that she finds Froot perfect as it is
  3. Is it confirmed, where? Or is it part of your manifestation?

Froot isn't cohesive yes, I haven't seen fans saying that to my surprise. I never really found her albums that cohesive because in her albums there are sounds of everything, even in TFJ or EH (but EH is probably her most cohesive one). But imo cohesiveness is overrated. I love an album which has different sounds. That's why I love Froot, there is a perfect mix of other genres.
  10. There's something i have never understood: is hyde park a solo show or is it part of a festival? And wait is holly macve the girl lana wanted her to play lana in lana's biopic?

    Song vs. Song

    The Greatest vs Ride
  13. No, it's still a mystery. Also, I'm curious about the second question too, I have never seen that "scene" before
  14. So it's basically confirmed that it's a prank song, it wasn't even on the setlist

    Cry Kill Die

Oh hell I thought that the song leaked
  16. Also just additional random comment: Candy necklace is her best song to sing live, she always nails it and outdoes the studio version
  17. Idc if she sang Salvatore acapella, Honeymoon stans won, it's her first Honeymoon era song performance after singing high by the beach in a festival from March 2019
  18. i'm so sorry but i just don't like when she sings btd era singles and those same old UV/LFL/NFR era songs i love these songs but she needs to put something new in the setlist i am not tryna to be negative, i love her and if she feels most comfortable doing these songs i respect that but where are money power glory, california, heroin, honeymoon era songs, without you, florida kilos, west coast, when the world..., radio ect live vox are good tho
  19. When she comes to the stage and the first words she's singing are: WALKING IS AN ART SO IS MY BODY
  20. When she semi-covers Bittersweet Symphony and it transitions into National Anthem Cuz it's a bittersweet symphony that's life... Tell me I'm you national anthem, booyah baby bow down, making me so wow now
  21. If she doesn't play Bittersweet Anthem on that show too, then this whole song is a prank Imagine if she replaces Bittersweet w Salvatore. Like I want her to play Salvatore but can she add more songs to the setlist or does she have to replace a song to sing it? Yeah I didn't really like how I worded it too
  22. Lana and Tamino please, we were that close to this in 2019
