I cannot tell if this is for real or not since most "Ayesha comeback" info comes from very untrustworthy sources lmao

I know that some of the diehard fans tend to feel some type of way about people who think Born To Die is Lana's best album, but screw it I still think it's her best work. It offered Lana's essence distilled in pop form. It was a revolutionary album that pushed the pop landscape in the early 2010s. It was also the album that's closest to my heart since I listened to it during the most tumultuous parts of my formative years.

I'm always gonna be a pop fan first and foremost, so Born To Die truly does something to me whenever I play that album. It's a no-skip album for me, and it's her best work imo.

OMG I just saw "Bubblebath" (the title track) in a lost media youtube video like literally yesterday. Funny how it leaked!

As for the song, it sounds good! I love it! I like some of Poppy's metal stuff, but I'll always prefer her Bubblebath Era style of pop.

I feel like the theory is unfounded given that Fearless TV and Red TV were released prior to the Eras tour. She's probably just way too busy plus I heard rumors that the vault track titles were leaked so she might have just not bothered with the jumbled letter promo thing this time around.

I feel like Ayesha is the queen of looking different in every photo so it's not a shock to me that she looks very different in that insta post

part of the reason for her break was family bereavement iirc, she lost her grandmother (the one that sang on fear and loathing) and a great-aunt(?) and her dad got sick too, she was crying on several occasions during the neon nature tour but she was 'stuck' (financially) so she couldn't stop the tour, I think she was a bit traumatised by the whole thing.
like she went from froot being her best moment and 'achieving everything she wanted' and proving herself to all this bereavement.

Yes but this time she is making new music in 2023. Why would she be investing time and money into her own new music if she didn't plan to come back and release it? Also she wasn't associated with Chase Icon before she went away. So her meeting Chase Icon is something completely new, so, it makes me optimistic.

So apparently I misremembered and it didn't say the title track but rather the tracks in Bubblebath in general (time stamp 16:38). He didn't go in depth but he just mentioned that Bubblebath was supposed to be an album but turned into an EP, with the other songs being considered as "lost media" by the iceberg maker.

While her vocals here are objectively stronger, I think most of the songs in Speak Now really don't require a strong voice for them to be good. Taylor's current way of singing just lacks the emotional delivery that she brings in the original version. That might be fine with some of her other albums, but Speak Now relies heavily on the way the songs are delivered, and I think Taylor failed on that aspect of rerecording the album.

With AI being popular now in emulating an artist's voice to hear them hear sing a song that they wouldn't sing otherwise, I'm shocked that no one has done an AI cover of Poppy singing "We Appreciate Power" yet. It was originally supposed to be a Grimes x Poppy song anyway and I'm still deathly curious how Poppy would sound on that track.

I think Candy was never meant to be an album that's to be released. If Problematique wasn't released despite already being a fully formed album with a concept and all, I highly doubt Candy (that seems to be rushed compiled together) would pass their filters during that point.

I do think that there's an album that shares Malibu's theme initially. However, Covid + the song flopping might have made them abruptly put a stop to it.
