People are constantly making fun of her for absolutely no reason and I think it's just so tasteless, especially when she's actually a really good friend to the person we support as fans... she's been making music for a looooong time now and she's pretty known in the country scene, she deserves some respect
 
And I swear some complain she "forced" Lana to lean into country as if she's a 3yo who can’t make her own choices when it comes to her career and personal life.
If Lana is really going in the same direction (in terms of the genre) I think Nikki will be a good guide and can help her to be more accepted since she's not officially part of it yet and is not a consolidated artist in the field

Also she has a chameleon soul, she contains multitudes, but her true self at her core is the constant that guides her. She is the right person and she isn't going anywhere

Sorry but that's just whack. Rick Nowels co-wrote and produced some of Lana's biggest songs (e.g. Summertime Sadness, Young and Beautiful, Love).  Even his throwaway cut (Say Yes to Heaven) is a massive hit a decade years later. I mean, this is the guy who wrote so many hits including a quarter of Madonna's Ray of Light. You don't just go ahead and dis Rick...
 
As much as I love Antonoff x LDR, Jack has yet to produce a single entry into Billboard 100 for Lana. The only song that charted with his production credit on it was Tough, and he wasn't even the main producer. So, if anything - Lana's fading more with Jack at the helm than rick.
 
Ask a person on the street what Lana song they know, and it ain't gonna be Mariner's Apartment Complex or A&W. I'll tell you that.

I’m all for letting Lana take her time, but cancel the album if it isn’t happening, the unprofessionalism is insane. Also fuck twitter insiders, insiders in general. The Nowelstalgia needs to stop too. It’s been discussed to death, and it ain’t ever gonna happen. This is unhinged but I woke up mad as hell today, and reading these last few pages is driving me up the wall.

Honeymouns and eclipse trolling last week saying the album was scrapped was indication enough that things are happening behind the scenes. Now we’re being told Henry will be out soonish (🚀) and we’re being teased maybe the album actually isn’t sirens on a budget. 
 
it’s been a LONG 14 months of silence since her initial Lasso announcement so atp I’ll take anything 

the most likely scenario: 0 singles before Stagecoach and she ignores any questions about the album.
