I sometimes associate Yosemite with African nature because I remember listening to Yosemite while African nature documentaries were on TV. 
 
COTCC album overall feels so "Mother Earth", like the most nature album ever, every track feels like a documentary of wildlife in different biomes. Whether it's a desert, forests, grasslands or a tundra. But it's also so cosy, like being at home, soft blankets, cooking dinner, being with your family. It's like an album for spending your quality time with family or going for an adventure alone in the nature, hiking in mountains.
 
I think the magic of the album is that it helps you to appreciate the time and importance you've spent with family and friends but it helps you to realize the significance of spending time alone and exploring the world.

White Dress - COCC - TJF is such an amazing three track run  MAC - VB - FIILY will always be my favorite but there is something so unique and special about COCC

A little info about the songs:
1: Lasso is a country song that starts with a long, haunting intro and ends with big instruments. Lasso would have a mv. 
2: Heaven ends here is either a sad or sexy song. Something like the Yosemite bridge. 
3: Sin is the collab of Lana, Nancy and Dolly where they are just having fun while making fun of people who have wronged them. They would make a mv for the song
4: Canyon is the saddest song of the album with guitar and drums. It's about having no one. 
5: Henry, come on is the most ultraviolence song lyrically where Henry is the man she's with who is a criminal and a cheater. In the end of the song, she leaves him. 
6: Leather boots & Pink ribbons is a jazzy trap song, like Terrence loves you meets Summer bummer. 
7: Lana Lane is Lana's and Nikki's collab (sorry but I had to put in in there) it's a song written for Pgicm. It's a bit of minimalistic but it's a song about them. There will be a mv where they get married, which is a metaphor for their forever lasting friendship. 
8: Saloon is a jazzy country song, a bit like Blue skies. 
9: Alabama bitch! Is exprerimental country with big elements like in Venice bitch
10:well we already know tough. There will be mv. 
11: Iconic soul is the song where Lana addresses how great she is. 
12: The mirror is the song Lana Debuted at Fenway park. 
13: Preach (Interlude) it will be a spoken interlude with no instrumental. It will be like Judah smith interlude but with Lana speaking and her laughing in the background. 
14: Call me is a soft country ballad inspired from the 50's. It's a song like the songs they play at old american diners. 
15: My man is another 50's inspired song. It's a song that sounds like the songs that play at the old american diner restaurants. 
16: Lake placid. Not the unreleased song. It's about her roots and her family. It will have a mv featuring Rob, Chuck, Phoenix and Charlie. 
17: well we already know Take me home country roads.
18: Ain't a goodbye is a country song with big production. 
19: Has anyone else died for you is a song produced with Ethel Cain and Rick Nowels. It's haunting and ethereal and gothic. It will have a mv. 
20: America is a like Born to die the title track. Big instrumentals, great lyrics. 
21: 'Til I die is a country song like Dance till we die bridge. It will have a mv.

This is what I’m saying  People hold her to such high standards, some people in this fandom will never be happy. When artists tour for a new album it’s usually the same performance at each show with maybe some small changes. 
 
also the dress thing- I’m sure some people would also get mad if she had a new dress each time because (not to get off topic but) fashion is so excessively consumed in our world today. Those dresses are expensive and look amazing on her so why not make use of them instead of wearing them once. I think the whole outfit repeating made up rule is dumb. 

Oh it was disrespectful. I know it’s a comedy (barely ) skit show, but they were very critical to someone who had just released their first album and debut TV performance. It was more than them just poking fun at her, imo it came off pretty misogynistic. I recently showed my mom the skit they did of Lana because she watches SNL sometimes, and she was surprised how mean they were to her. I doubt they would be as rude to an artist in her situation at the time today. If SNL did, they’d 100% get a ton of shit for it. 

I can’t get over how fucking good this is. Please for the love of fuck release this Lana, don’t just let it be some one time thing…
 
Also it gives me big Lizzy vibes too. Like so much of her unreleased stuff was straight bops with beats. 
 
This show was so insane, honestly felt really full circle for our girl. Like praying to make it in the trailer park to having an entire stadium sing you happy birthday…

So for the recent issues some of you may be experiencing with auto-embedding pictures & links, liking posts, using the @ feature, etc -
The reason why this might not be working is because your browser is blocking “insecure content” aka things encoded with http rather than https.
While LanaBoards as a site has a SSL script, these certain features are encoded with http rather than https, which marks the site as partially insecure.
There was a recent update with Chrome that automatically blocked “insecure content” aka http features, which has prevented many users from using the site features encoded with http.
To fix this, I recommend following the instructions in this post.
 
About a year ago, I actually tried to re-encode these features with https rather than http after users voiced concern about seeing the partially insecure warning, but it ended up breaking the features for everyone, so I reverted it. At the time I reached out to both Invision Power (forum software) and my host company (SSL script provider) but unfortunately this was fruitless in solving the problem. Invision Power was helpless (their support team is the worst rip) and while my host company put in a lot of effort to help me, it still didn’t solve the issue as it does seem the issue is more on IP’s side since they provide the forum features that are then encoded.
I reached out to Invision Power again recently after everyone voiced issues about liking posts, but they haven’t been very communicative with me. Hopefully I can provide a permanent solution for everyone soon, but for now the best fix is to make sure your browser isn’t blocking “insecure content” aka http encoded features for LanaBoards. That, or using another browser that does not block this sort of content such as Firefox or Safari x
