What we know so far:
 
- The original release date was September 5th, 2020; however, the album has been postponed from this date. It was believed to still be released in September according to Interview Magazine, but this did not come to fruition.
- Lana has since estimated a December 10th, 2020 or January 7th, 2021 release date due to vinyl production during her 'Violet' signing, and then stated it would be pushed back further due to vinyl processing plants not opening until March during an Instagram Live.
- Lana will be collaborating with Jack Antonoff, the producer of her previous record 'Norman Fucking Rockwell'
- May be filled with "love songs and breakup ballads" per Life & Style Magazine on April 1st, 2020
- The first video will be for the title track 'Chemtrails Over the Country Club' directed by BRTHR per her Instagram announcement post
- 'Let Me Love You Like a Woman' will be the first single according to her Instagram announcement post
- Neil Krug will be photographing promo for the record, as he was on set for the 'Chemtails Over the Country Club' music video
- There may be a homemade video for 'Tulsa Jesus Freak/White Hot Forever' according to her Instagram post featuring the track
- Lana Del Rey has announced the album pre-order for January 11th in her Instagram post.
- Chemtrails Over the Country Club is set to be released on March 19th, 2021 according to her pre-order.

i feel bad for her, she's posting these things in the middle of the night and seems kind of scared right now. I thought that video message was nice, however, I wish she realized that it wasn't 250,000 hate comments, but that many of them were constructive criticism written by POC on why the statement came across poorly

Yes it's 6:15 am for me. It's a holiday and I am looking at my phone. I haven't even listened to the whole thing but am still floored. Maybe I can get back to sleep and log in to my computer later. Maybe this is a dream. I hope so. If you're in my dream I'm sorry.

Lana looks like she was a little in tears. You can't really tell because she made the video black and white and blotchy but you can tell she's emotional. It's time for people to leave her alone about this whole race war bullshit that people who can't read properly turned her post into. 
 
On a superficial note: Her face looks so good without fillers. She looks younger and thinner without those damn things on her face. 

 
She was crying. I heard it in her voice, in the beginning of the video too. As well when she talks about the Navajo's. If the video had been clear and in color, it would have been easy to see. She's a smart cookie knowing which filters to use. 

I kinda feel like maybe she sounds different because this is not Lana Del Rey this is literally Elizabeth Grant talking to us rn. She hasn't got any mask on she's just talking to us directly from the heart she doesn't want to play

I also feel like she was almost almost going to cry when she said 25000 hate messages

it's 5 AM for me. debating whether i should go back to sleep knowing that i'll have to catch up on 40 pages or refresh this page every 30 seconds

i may not have agreed with her posts and comments but leaking her phone number is uncalled for i just hope she’s safe

literally!!! when she speaks she usually has a smile on her face or a gleam in her eyes but now (idk if its because of the ig filter) her eyes look dull and she sounds tired and very nasal (perhaps shes been crying? I hope not)

She could say literally anything at this point and still receive criticism from people who are settled on disliking her and her initial post. 
It was nice to see her talk about it on video. She looked a bit emotional about the whole matter.

She said sarcastically shes sorry she didnt add one 100% caucasian woman tk the mix of people she admires... Ariana is full white... she jus looks half black now LOL

hearing Lana say "fucked up the ass" really aroused me I'm not even going to try to hide that

She looks fuckinggggggg beautiful in that checkered shirt... I love those boyish vibes and her speaking voice is my favourite sound on earth

She looks and sounds so upset. Fragility indeed - I feel for her.

at that day when the whole insta drama has started, i got more than 8 missed calls, and more than 30 msgs (i was fasting and tired and sleeping)
and since that day i had the worst headache, and it's still there

You didn't hear. Earlier Lana and Chuck rented a helicopter for a tour around Los Angeles and it was coming up the coast over the ocean. Just when they got to Malibu the helicopter had engine trouble and they had to put down in the ocean!! They were missing for like 2 hours. It was all over the news. The Coast Guard finally found them and they were safe thank God. When the boat got to shore there were reporters and police and as Lana and Chuck were getting off a policeman or someone was giving them a hand and said, "Are you ladies OK?" Lana went OFF! "Ladies, we're not ladies, we're women. Grown up adult women! So back off you ignorant motherfucker!" Then there was silence. It was so quiet you could hear the last snowflake hit the ground at the end of a blizzard.
 
 
 
OK don't be mad, I made that whole thing up but the fact that you might have believed it just for a moment shows us where we're at.

Thanks. I think she DOES come from wealth or relative wealth—‘upper middle class wealth’ at least—but in her mind, ‘wealth’ may mean only the kind of wealth she has now, and better than that. I assume her father made most of the family money and since he had to continue to work to generate it, they weren’t ‘independently wealthy’ by any means.
 
Unlike a lot of members here, I also believe LDR played a big role in crafting her initial LDR persona, participating in all of those dozens, if not hundreds, of mostly high-glamour photo shoots. Some like to believe Interscope forced that all on her.

The day is not over yet... lol
 
But I'm hoping that normality will continue.

I've been thinking about what has happened and I've come to some conclusions.
 
1. This was bound to happen in some way or form but I never thought it would've been so nuclear. We've all known for sometime that she is a lot more uneducated than she think she is about issues such feminism,politics and well, generally how the world works outside her middle class bubble. Ethier some publication during an interview would've questioned her during an album cycle or not even bother and called her out regardless in an article. If we can see how shallow she is then surely others would have aswell. Lana just elected to make herself look like coco the cool instead and show how arrogant and ignorant she can be. So yeah this was written in the stars to happen sadly.
 
2. She's not a racist but as I've said before making a list that predominantly featured WOC was a stupid stupid thing to do BC people were bound to jump to that conclusion. She could've used examples of her own race with similar backgrounds or she shouldn't of said any names at all. Which would've resulted in an less harsher outcome.
 
3. I don't like how she promoted herself at the end of the statement. This just makes everything she said look like she is asking for attention for her upcoming projects. We know as her fans, that Lana is not like that but outside perception would not see it that way.
 
4. Lana describing other WOC artists music as being sexy,fucking, cheating while describing hers in an more eloquent manner was another thoughtless move.
 
5. The victim mentality was shocking. Yes she went through some awful experiences with the media however loads of women have before her in the industry and will sadly do so in the future. That fact she worded it that it made her look like she alone had only experienced such hellfire was questionable. Also she isn't the only or first artist to sing about abusive relationships, drugs etc and get called out for it. A good example of this would be her idol Amy Winehouse. The only difference being that back then Amy didn't have the internet/social media up her arse like Lana did so it wasn't so extreme or vocal.
 
6. I'm not not a feminist. This was bound to be misread, even I had to double take while I was reading the statement for the first time. She then proceeded to completely reveal she hasn't got a clue about feminism by saying we're in the third wave when we are clearly in the early stages of the fourth.
 
So before I end this Tedtalk I just want to make it very clear, unlike the good sis that I still do like her. I hope she finds it in her heart to educate herself better on certain subjects and to not be so bloody stubborn. She made some legitimately good points but I do feel after going over everything that she dose owe an apology of some sort or a better more clear headed, less heated response.
