gays have a weird obsession with female artists and telling them what they can and cannot do. all i'll say is that it's pretty common for songwriters to write stuff together and not immediately record it, sometimes they'll have just one of the writers record vox to see how it sounds/to help them with potentially pitching it to other artists. do i think that sky is a fraud? idk and idc, but the fact that there is another writer's demo ≠ she doesn't write her own stuff.

On that note, Melanie already confirmed this album will not have a film with it. The next film she wants to do is for the album after this one.

We never did get those music videos ? only the bakery which was good but like... She said play date would get a MV and at one point said all of after school would. 
Because she wants to write, direct, act, film, and edit the entire movie. No movie company in their right mind would allow her. 

Sorry to the Ari stans who love her doing R&B but I’m sorry this is not her genre at all. She’s at her best doing pop, electronic and even some rock elements (Dangerous Woman).  
 
Her worst album by far. The new tracks bring nothing to table. And I’m not a hater. I’ve been stanning her since the DW era. At least Sweetner had some personality.

exactly, i feel like this is a big issue with a lot of the K-12 songs as they seem to be poorly written when compared with Crybaby and even the after school EP (to an extent)

She didn't define NFR! as "just cool" and nothing more; she said it is "just so cool there's nothing not to like about it", and she talked grandiosely of it multiple times. She knows she did that. as for Chemtrails, I think her uncomfort with it is that she revisited a lot of memories she was kind of ignoring while working on it, so it's not an easy listen for her.

While I can't understand the inner workings of her mind, but I think she may feel a strong connection to Jack in creative spirit, but doesn't have that sense of "this record is perfect, let's put it out" that she had with Rick

I’m guessing it doesn’t have that standout song like the greatest or hope. Maybe it’s just a collection of really good songs but Norman had a lot of important statements.

i see so many people labeling it as a Ariana-rejected-track and i get it, but the song reminds me of Gwen Stefani's LAMB.

We're Good is a strange mix between Luxurious and Cool where the relationship ended, but they're fine, while the production is a good homage to 2000s Pop/R&B

I can agree. I don’t like JID verse too, but the lyrics are catchy and it’s a bop. As for video I didn’t liked it for the first minute but then i liked it very much!
