And I totally get some of the backlash. As time goes on, the mystique and ethereal quality of Lana Del Rey starts fading. The more dimensions of her we see, the bigger her character and the universe of ideas she imbued on us gets -- but maybe not in ways that we had hoped or imagined. And to much shock & dismay, we start to realise that she might just be.... one of us. the only things that could keep me going at this point are the music videos, or the album trailer if there's one. if the visuals are lazy i'm leaving for good. idk about y'all but i liked when she was pretentious lol at least she gave us amazing music videos and actual infos smh, it's sad to think that we might never get "passionate about her tours/work/music Lana" ever again

It would be nice to get a decent video again but you're only setting yourself up for disappointment if you actually expect anything other/better than that walmart parking lot embarrassment

I feel you @ but I actually agree with @@cloverhoney on this one. I appreciate her retrospective tracks like Heroin which mention her past, but it would be weird for her to still be singing about trailer parks and being an escort. She couldn't stay a wide eyed starlet forever. What I expect is a follow up to UV & HM. Some sort of natural progression. And I think NFR is going to be just that. From what we've heard so far I can tell I'm going to like it.
