I feel like she doesn't feel the need to promote cocc because she simply is at a point in her life where she knows what she wants and is heading towards a place that genuinely makes her happy (the creation of this album) 

with minimum promotions this era, it's already doing so fucking well and it hasn't been officially released yet.
