Sky currently has 649,312 monthly listeners on Spotify (using these numbers as I can’t pin point the ones from last year) 0.01% of 649,312 = (0.01/100) x 649,312 = 64.9312 (round up to 65) So if I did the math correctly, 0.01% of 649,312 is 65 which means that I was one of the top 65 people that year who listened to her music regularly I also spent 3,282 minutes (55 hours) listening to her music.
