Is VFT really considered a dumb song? Like... the only lyrics I consider kinda silly or immature are the last lines of the second verse (even tho they're iconic and actual )

That's correct. But the version where the drums start around 0:15 is closest to how the demo should sound, because that's the result we get from putting all the individual stem tracks together. The version where the drums begin later is more akin to a fanmade stem edit.

i was joking there but clearly her youtube team is dumb for MATD/Marina inconsistency and especially leaking purge the poison. video thumbnails aren't really that cute too

IMO the song is too good to be affected by the lyrics but yeah they’re bad

Marina should not be giving people health advice ‘Don’t bother with lateral flow tests’ which is complete nonsense. Just because they are not 100% accurate and didn’t work for her does not mean nobody should have them. She should really let health professionals give the advice instead of dictating based on her personal experience.

She is a huge Kate Bush fan, and something that Kate really takes care of is not doing grammatical mistakes in her lyrics.
