Her nose isn't that small after plastic surgery. I think the pic is heavily photoshopped so she would look like Barbie.

i don't understand, some of the covers don't even show that much skin, on taylor's cover she's literally wearing a basic t-shirt, lana's wearing a long-sleeve jacket on the nfr cover, do they just not let women be on album covers? that's really messed up
