It’s official :blush2: Lana has her own lead verse :oprah4:

the interviewer “life lesson featuring lana del rey, both of you co-compose this as a perfect closure for the album, man you both shared lead vocals”

Jon Batiste about the track and live experience : “we were socially just spending time and then she was in the process of finishing her album, I just started working on my album, at shangri-Li in Malibu, and she would come just hanging out, and then that eventually turned into…well let me see if I could help her with what’s she’s working on, she wanted some help with that, I was working on this other hoping I could finish whatever it is that we were just getting started on, so it was not really a form yet to the sessions, it was more like things were happening and “life lesson” was something that happened literally in this spontaneous session at the piano, we were really making music for lana cause her album was more further along, but we ended up finding this track as this incredible bonus, cause it’s in the same spirit of the world music radio sessions, it’s kinda like a cousin, but you know fun fact is Candy necklace & Jon Batiste interlude came from ”life Lesson”s same sessions, and there are other songs, other ideas and songs that no one’s ever heard yet, but we were just in this incredible vibration that was special time & I’m so grateful that she was hanging out & became friends and it led to this music that now the world gets to hear, it’s a GREAT track, there are great ideas that we planned, I’m just excited about the live performance of this, hopefully we get together and perform it live, it’s such an incredible thing, at the room when we were playing and singing together, you get to hear it on the record, but I just think a live experience, with the two of us would be mind blowing, people would just go crazy.

I think he’s basically confirming that the song lana sang in the interlude is LIFE LESSON ?

I knew they worked on more stuff

CN and the interlude are really good... if this one is as good as those I'm even more hyped to hear more of their work in the future (LDR10 :creepna2:)

And I hope Life Lesson is indeed the Interlude cause I'm obsessed with "honeeeey"
