I think it sounds new?? Like her voice is very rich and mature sounding if that makes sense - reminiscent of her latest work. And it would fit w the alleged themes of Lasso…

I was thinking the same thing, she usually brings her family to things that are important to her. If Beyonce and Kelly Clarkson could bring their kids then surely Lana was allowed a +1. I really thought she would bring either Rob or Chuck. I’m guessing she knew her chances were out the window when she didn’t win the alt noms. Who even knows if/how far ahead the big artists know the results. Like you said, her vibe was much different from the previous night where she looked like she was having much more fun.

I feel bad that he didn’t get to be up front but maybe he preferred to be in the back. I’m mainly glad that Lana had someone to lean on <3 It would’ve been so sad if she was by herself.(but maybe Celine would’ve stood by her that would’ve slayed.)
