I think the slight misquote he's referring to is the "new songs" bit since it isn't clear - I took this to mean songs that haven't been performed live before are going to be added to the setlist, but it seems a good bit of fans are taking it to mean brand new songs that no one has ever heard before. Either way, it's still seems safe to expect some switch-up surprises in terms of onstage guests & changes in the setlist especially since Lana herself commented in affirmation! x

I'm absolutely in the camp of new performed songs are just as exciting as new new music. The new music will always be on the horizon but live renditions of tracks who've never gotten their ~moment~ could be the only time they will get the chance
