damn and this might not even be a country album as well

 

Right when I start to feel exciting for country music and the idea of her doing country and the Lasso title has just grown on me...

I think she goes country in relationship to the lyrics, the sound itself is more like tough, mirror...

I think it’s actually gonna be pretty similar to btd based on what we’ve heard lol it seems to have a cross between country, hip hop, and “cinematic” sounds. Mirror is extremely paradise-coded. I think Summertime Sadness alt final is a good representation of what we will get production wise.

There's no way in my mind a pre-order is even a possibility to come out with tough as a single IF we are still getting lasso I doubt it will be until spring of next year. An a.k.a reissue would be a good thing to hold us over this year or a couple singles tough and Henry especially

Anyway I was never one of those fans, but seeing how she seems to be channeling BTD (specially with her looks) is making me very excited, I discovered a huge appreciation for this album in 2024
