To me, Kintsugi was a lucky person who got to hear Ocean Blvd in advance and got a download from another insider and decided to share with us. Ngl I miss their kindness and generosity with us

I feel like we've been overlooking something. Remember how that one record store began listing the Honeymoon Alt Cover repress? And how the vinyls got shipped back the day of the release? (Even tho some people already received their vinyls). Even that one UMG account on twitter was teasing the 10th anniversary repress around that time BEFORE the stock was called back. I was thinking about it today like what other reason would the stock be called back? Could the album be imminent and they decided to push it back or they suddenly wanted it to be closer to September. It's just something I noticed and I hope it's the former obviously

In the grand scheme of things I don’t think this album rollout has even really started. We’ve only gotten teasers for stuff. I think what is really throwing us off is the radio silence on Instagram. Typically we’ll wait for her music but in between she’ll post pics of unrelated stuff so it feels like we’re getting content but we’re just getting social media presence. Since she’s not active at all it just feels dry as hell

I think maybe I'm just lookin on the brighter side of things, but really OB and blue banisters are just vibing rn. and she said May 21st? ok. will it get delayed? maybe. 
but I feel like I've lived like several lives while waiting for this album, so either way it's all good personally. 

I do think it's empathetically sad that I have forgotten about this thread, but then when u log on, it's still the same so that's in a strange way, comforting. but aside from that, yeah

If the album was scrapped then probably just because Lana has some better ideas. Maybe it's better this way instead of experiencing disappointment and then waiting another two years. I think we will definitely get an album this year.

I’m having a hard time imagining it was scrapped altogether. Knowing she’s been at it for five years, didn’t push aside the 13 songs… why would the whole thing be scrapped? True, Interscope could have « intervened » and decided that the album might have been « too slow » (although I doubt it more and more: she really lots of liberty with her label); in that case, she could simply rework a couple of songs a bit, not scrap the whole thing. Anyways, we’ll see. My limit is Stagecoach: if nothing happens by then, I’m throwing in the towel for good

tbh i dont interscope has anything to do with lanas music like that, interscope aint gonna tell her she needs make more fast paced and upbeat songs especially because lanas vocalized how lenient the record label has been with her and lana is also known for her diversity in her discography. i agree, nothing is scrapped, maybe reworked but i dont think shes gonna throw it all away. i think were gonna get a summer album release and i hope we get some news soon.
